I started with the cease and desist tequila cocktail, it was a well balanced and delicious. We had the mussels, cob salad and the French dip. The mussels were huge and the sauce was incredible. The bacon on the cob salad was amazing and the hand cut fries are a must have. Our bartender, Tonya, was friendly, efficient and made beautiful cocktails.
It's a little disappointing. I've been to a lot of Public House establishments. My favorite ones are in Old Town Murietta, California, and Temecula, California. These establishments serve up good food, usually local, good drinks, and the items are generally house created, and the menu changes every few months. I gave this place a shot. Cool spot, got a vintage feel to the place. Beer selection is good but they didn’t have the one beer I wanted from the menu unfortunately. Didn’t try the food but it looked good. Bathroom is crazy tiny.
