“Dont often go out of my way to leave a review but its well deserved! Customer service was excellent. Staff very friendly. Restaurant clean. Bathrooms clean. Food was great. The fresh flowers on all the tables and the fact they bring the food right to your table was a nice touch! I was very impressed.“
“Ordered a catering order for a meeting today. I had to call & add to it about 6 times, because more people kept showing up. Joe & Daniel & others were great! I felt bad, but they kept saying "it's okay" They might have been saying something behind my back :), but they were the BEST! Thank you!“
“My brother claims their pizzas to be one of the best and he has eaten a lot of pizzas. I totally agree with him. Even though we only ordered takeout, we relished every bite that we plan to come back, dine and enjoy the view.Vegetarian options: Salads and pizzas with vegan options.“
“First time visiting, I got the mango smoothie bowl. My wife got the peanut butter smoothie bowl. They were delicious and substantial. The coconut cream on the mango is an excellent touch. The rest of the menu looked very interesting. Healthy, fresh and creative.“
“I just got back from Cera and tried the Turks & Chaos turkey and smoked bacon sandwich. It was so well made and delicious. I've been looking for a quick sandwich place where I can grab something while I'm out and this place is it! I''ll be going back very soon!“
“After being recommended this spot multiple times, I took date night as the opportunity to try it out. Let me just say, I haven’t stopped thinking about this meal. We started out with the Moo Ping which was okay, and then enjoyed the Blossom Dumplings which was impossible not to devour in one bite. The star of this entire review is the Mee Ka Te which had a spicy curry broth that was unlike any other flavor I have had before. The service was fast and the Thai Tea was perfect. For sure, will be back.“
“Good food, reasonable price minor issue with allergies fixed immediately. This was partially my fault due to type of food ordered. Definitely recommend itDietary restrictions: Allergies are taken seriously and they were able to accommodate“
“Leavitt and Sons takes deli food to the next level. I’ve tried many things on the menu and while each individual salad, sandwich and soup stands alone in their flavors, they all contain a love for food, craftsmanship and above all deliciousness. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly, and the location is nice to eat at or take out. My favs are the Franklin sandwich and the Cobb salad. While I’m not a vegetarian, I’m sure they have vegetarian options and could accommodate any flavor preferences well.“
“This place is a rare find. They are local folks in a sweet part of a Portland neighborhood right across from Morans market. It is very clean and the food is amazing. Their prices are fantastic and every day they have a few specials and a special drink. The service is also fantastic always served with a smile. This is a must try. Support local!!!“
“How have I driven by this place without stopping for YEARS? Today my wife and I stopped in for a couple of tofu bahn mis and they were fantastic. Fresh vegetables on lovely, crispy bread with an outstanding, flavorful sauce. The thai tea was superb as well, and super friendly service. We will be regulars from now on; great prices too.Vegetarian options: They seem to have a tofu version of every dish. Only tried the bahn mi and it was fire.Parking: Lot can be a bit tight, but we found a spot quickly.“
“Came here with a big group (7) for dinner on a Friday night during the off season in early March. We were seated right away upstairs which was extremely convenient. We ordered a few of the mojito pitchers for all of us which were really good. Each of us ordered appetizers for ourselves. I got the sunchoke dip and the rock potatoes. The sunchoke dip was interesting and thick in texture. The flavor was okay but maybe missing a little spice. The rock potatoes were AWESOME, really well seasoned and the dipping sauce complemented it really well. Super cute vibe and watching the karaoke at night was a fun way to end the night!!“
“My husband, 3 kids and myself went to Heidi's for dinner tonight, for the first time. We were absolutely blown away from start to finish. From the immediate warm welcome we received, to the amazing food and the impeccable customer service. We will definitely be going back and will recommend Heidi's. Customer service is truly an art and the guys who were working tonight were on point.“
“Great experience all around! The house pho is so flavorful and generously sized that I’m happily full of pho tonight and looking forward to having a full bowl for lunch tomorrow. The Thai dumplings are hearty and savory and my partner enjoyed his stir fry dish, as well. There was a big storm a few days ago and lots of folks are still without power, and the restaurant was hopping with takeout and dine in customers. The one-person serving crew did an outstanding job of taking care of everyone and everything and has such a lovely and welcoming presence. They are a gem, for sure. We’ll be back!“
“We love the daily specials! The wait staff has always been pleasant and friendly. This is our go-to place for special events. Try the hush puppies! You won't regret it. There are also plenty of choices for those that do not eat seafood.“
“I had the Cubano for lunch, and it was fantastic. Friendly service and a neat location.Parking: There are four street spots right in front of Red City. If those are taken, there is a lot next to an old closed corner store that has spaces marked for Red City Ale House use. There is also parking in a lot nearby for folks who are in the Little Falls area, nearby the Church.“
“We were here at Dok Mali's soft opening - we loved the food but the restaurant had a long way to go to be one of our favorites. I'm very happy to say that Dok Mali is a fantastic restaurant- the food is amazing...so pretty, tasty, and at a very reasonable price too. We started with one of the specials - scallion pancakes - they were perfectly cooked and served with chili oil. So good! The spicy lemongrass margaritas were tasty but we wished the lemongrass was a bit stronger, and with more spice. Everyone loved their entrees. I don't normally order pad Thai because it can be a bit boring, but the the Mali pad Thai was the best pad Thai I've had...the sauce was rich and spice (level 3 of 5) was just right - hot but not blotting out all other flavors. The Khao Soi (curry noodle soup) was a revelation - tender and tasty chicken on the bone, ramen style noodles, crisp vegetables, and an amazing curry broth that was just-right spicy. When our friends return in a few months, they definitely want to have another lunch here...being a regular, whether local or out of state, means that we'll have some of the tastiest Thai food anywhere!“
“come for the food stay for the bartenders. Jam is single handed the best bartender in town. my idiot boyfriend requested the weirdest drink (a tequila sunrise) and she suggested something similar that had similar tastes. He was so refreshed he had a few more!! 15/10 experience, and all the staff are rad as well. Vibes are immaculate, there's a few video games in the back. i love the retro 90s feel and they nailed a friendly neighborhood dive bar feel.“
“I highly recommend Rise Pizza and Pub! Every time I have been here since they opened the food has been absolutely amazing. I crave their pizza and wings. My favorites are the house-brined chicken wings, the grilled Caesar, and the pepperoni melanzana pizza. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.“
“This place was amazing and they were playing Spanish club music so I was BOPPIN'. Their salsa was very good and unique, the burrito carne asada or whatever I got had really good steak and salsa verde, and the fajitas my partner got had way more tortillas than usual and the chicken was super tender.“
“Great spot for lunch. Good selection of sandwiches, chips, drinks, and candy. I got a HUGE large BLT with an iced tea. I grabbed a seat, which was clean and tidy, and ate in peace. Very close to New England Rehabilitation Hospital of Portland. Highly recommended for lunch. Lots of parking available and super friendly staff.“
“The burgers are LIFE. The delicata squash salad is outstanding. It is surprisingly hard to find great onion rings in the area and these are by far the best I've had. So so so good. We did pickup and found the staff to be very very friendly. Food was hot, ready on time, and generous portions. We will be back (probably tomorrow to be honest!). Really hope they're here to stay!“
“Place has top of line food! I'm probably going to at least try everything once. Even tho I have no clue what half of the stuff on the menu is?? But I'm gonna try it! Expensive tho. Takes a little bit of the taste away once you get the bill. But worth it if you wanna treat yourself! Lord know I do!“
“I would choose an Amato's over all other sandwich shops hands down any day of the week. And be perfectly content. It's just SAD that the family chose to chain the original store out after their Grand Mother worked sooooooo many years of her life to pass this GIFT on to her family.“
“Staff is so nice. Cold sandwich options available. The bathrooms are immaculate. I ordered the cold turkey/ provolone. They made it just the way I wanted. My brother had the cheese pizza and loved it. Salad was good as well. Fountain drinks were good. Machine was well maintained. Whole place very clean.“
“This is a great location.Full of character and the pizza is absolutely delicious. My personal favorite is the bacon Ricotta and Sweet potato pizza!!!! Love How they use only the freshest ingredients and put pride into their food!!! Is always a must hit when I am in the mood for a pizza. And not to mention the meatball sub is delicious!!!! They also have a great cheesecake selection and have soda's slices to go!!!!“
“The waitress was excellent! She listened and quickly responded to our requests. We did go at a slower time of day, so that likely helped. But it was a great experience and I'd recommend this place! I had the soup, salad and bread sticks. My friend requested extra veggies in the salad and they did put them in.“
“Valentine's Dinner was a sweet surprise & So Po's best at the Bridgeway Restaurant. Dinner was cooked to perfection. Great...actually the best in the greater Portland area calamari with a delightful dipping sauce! When the waiter says "Fresh" it's fresh seafood sourced locally! Vegetables were cooked to perfection not over cooked. Wine Splits were affordable & excellent. I loved our experience & will be returning for many occasions including taking the grandchildren there. I like supporting local entrepreneurs too.“
“The crew is quick, kind, attentive to details and always willing to make your experience at Amatos the best it can be. I just wish they had more holiday decorations.Parking: There are more seats inside the Amatos restaurant than there are parking spots in the parking lot directly behind the Amatos and next to the Laundry center. Carpool, save gas and space for others.Wheelchair accessibility: Go the entrance of the Amatos/Laundry Center parking lot and walk towards the nearest corner of the nearby intersection. On your way to the intersection you will pass an Amatos door, that's the wheelchair accessible entrance.“
“I found the setup a little confusing. On the left side is a dine-in sports bar and restaurant. On the right side is a take out pizza place. Both sell the same pizza as far as I can tell.I went for the dine-in experience. The floorplan was poorly done, I think they could redo and have a lot better customer flow. The walls were busy with lots of pictures and plenty of flat screen TVs playing sports. There is a full bar. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient.I tried the lasagna which came with a house salad and garlic bread. I had a couple of bar drinks and also tried the mud pie for dessert. Sorry I didnt take a pic of the pie, I was two-thirds done before I remembered I was doing a review. It was yummy.Everything was pretty good, no complaints. I am usually pretty stringy on giving anyone four stars, but I gave them 4 stars on service. I like to have a dirty Roy Rogers (grenadine, Coke, whiskey, in a tall glass). This is the first place that did it perfectly on the first try. Usually they use either a short glass or not enough grenadine. So hats off to the bartender. Also, my server was pretty darn good too.“
“After moving to New England from New York City, I have been routinely disappointed in the pizza being served around here. However, Portland Pie Company serves a tasty pizza with a dough that has a nice chew and a sauce that is not too sweet or acidic. We'll be back!“
“first time going, and it was a great experience. my mom, sister, and i all went and ordered very different meals. my sister chose a harvest kale salad, my mom had a maple bacon burger, and i chose the aloha açaí bowl. the burger was delicious, with just enough juiciness and spice. the salad had a variety of flavors and vegetables, with just enough vinegar to give it a tangy taste. for my açaí bowl, i can't find the right words to describe how delightful it was. the fruit was incredibly fresh, and the super fruit blend base was perfectly balanced with the wide variety of fruits. i will definitely be returning to this place, as the food is locally sourced and the experience was very satisfying.“
“We recently stayed at a So. Burlington hotel and ordered a Za from Leonardo's and had it delivered. The folks on the telephone were accommodating; the delivery driver was friendly and poilite; and all 4 of us were impressed with the pizza.“
“Had an absolute blast at trivia on Tuesday! Bar feels like a cozy basement, equipped with Golden Tee and nice TVs. Staff was super friendly, attentive and had really great draught beer and cocktails served up. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE RANGOONS. Thank me later.“
