You place your order, find a seat, and wait for your name to be called. Open concept, and you can see the cooks working diligently, or you can sit at a window bar and watch the traffic, and people go by outside. The food was on point!! You have to go on Saturday or Sunday for brunch and share the Mainer, a popover that was filled with a delicious maple cream and blueberries!!! It is like dessert for breakfast! “We just bought quite a few different items. As always everything was great with one exception. Fried tofu was not crispy because the plastic container that held it ended up steaming the tofu making it soggy. A different container with holes to escape the steam would help.“
