The person touch happens fast here and the food is fantastic. I have about everything on the menu but we have our go to items now. Join the family and this super clean and inviting place ☺️Vegetarian options: I have loved the tofu dishes and they do what you ask with what you need. I have tamari instead of soy sauce. Very helpful.Parking: The location is hard to find for new people but once you find it, you're in! The parking is easy and lots of it.Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair after a stroke and it's one level from entrance to table. There is a ramp to avoid the curb but cars aren't always thoughtful about that.“
“Great Asian fusion restaurant on the outskirts of Portsmouth NH. Easy to park, easy to get to off of Rt. 1, very large dining room, great for groups. Big bar and Sushi Bar, along with private dining side rooms too. We had a group of 11 and everyone was happy with their selections. Fresh vibrant cooked dishes and the sushi roll options were stellar. Tasty festive drinks. Our group love the frozen drinks. Waitress was incredibly nice and thorough. Great dining experience. Lunch combos available on a Saturday was a bonus.“
“We showed up they said we probably wouldn't be seated for an hour. They seated us right away. It was our third time having Hot Pot at the Pink Bamboo. But our daughters' friends first time ever. The service is always really good and the food is so delicious.“
“Decent food but not very accommodating for gluten free. Wasn’t very busy but server was not very attentive. She didn’t understand the menu and was difficult to understand so another staff member helped explain the options. Food portions were generous for lunch items we ordered. Prices were reasonable! Bathrooms are clean and my fortune came true…I was hungry after 1hour ? not exactly what you want when going out for lunch.Dietary restrictions: Not a good place for anyone with allergies especially for egg or Gluten“
“We weren't informed until we'd already placed drink orders that there was no sushi that night. Very disappointing. But the food we DID order was solid. Not particularly imaginative, but it hit the spot. The Thai and Vietnanese sections of the menu are barebones at best.My advice: don't advertise dishes if you're not going to offer them.“
“This was some of the best Chinese food my family and I have had in a long time. The food was hot , fresh and packed with flavor.I purchased a #31 : chicken fingers , egg roll , and I substituted the steak for chicken teriyaki on a stick. I also purchased an order of pan fried Peking Dumplings. The meal came with a good amount of pork fried rice, which was very good. The chicken fingers were pretty standard. The egg roll was AMAZING. I could barely fit it in my mouth, it was crunchy and filled with delicious vegetables. I could have eaten only those and been happy. My favorite part of the meal was the pan fried Peking Dumplings. It's not often I find a place that makes them just right and this place NAILED IT. The outside was a combo of crunchy and chewy, the inside was loaded with flavorful soft meat and juices that poured out with every bite . I couldn't have asked for a better dumpling experience. I noticed the teriyaki steak on a stick was a reddish hue so I had a sample of my nieces. It looks and tastes like the same sauce that they put on the spare ribs and it's been a very long time since I have seen a Chinese Restaurant use that on the teriyaki steak. It was very good, the steak was so soft , the end of it that wasn't held up by the stick flopped down.The service was a 3 due to us being rushed to order by two different people in the beginning. The establishment was not busy at all and didn't get busy the entire time we were there. They also forgot to make the two #27s that we ordered for the kids. We were being patient and thought that it was taking extra time to cook , however , the adults were half way finished their meals and nothing was brought out for the children.The establishment was clean , the staff was friendly, they gave the adults real chopsticks (not the disposable kind) to use and they even gave one of the kids a special pair of chopsticks.The total was 136 dollars for a family of 6 (4 adults and two children). Each of us picked a combo meal off the lunch special , we ordered several appetizers , and two adults had an alcoholic beverage. I do wish there was a kids menu.I will be back for those Peking Dumplings and egg rolls!Kid-friendliness: No kids menu , staff forgot the kids food , staff was eager for us to order when we arrived , despite our efforts to do it in a timely manner with the kids. Dine in was not busy at all and didn't gain any momentum while we were there.“
