“Stop by for a drink. Decent nice atmosphere, and the majority of the mall was closed, which was kind of erry. I went on a Sunday night at 830 and had dinner at miyako....came after for a drink. Service was decent, it was slower I j resturant but bartender seemed busy closing down station, not sure what time they close.“
“Cute little place in downtown Pontiac. Loved the NY theme with the colorful lights. Excited to go back when it's warm out so we can check out the rooftop. Definitely enjoyed the music videos playing on all screens. Bartenders were extremely nice and attentive. Drinks and food were fairly priced. We loved the chickfilla sandwich. The toppings were fresh and the bun was super soft. Bang bang sauce was perfectly spicy. The famous bowl poutine had a lot of cheese and gravy. The chicken was crunchy. The sandwich and regular size poutine was enough for 2.“
“We've been going here a lot lately because it's awesome!! The decor is cozy and comfortable like a log cabin. The service is spot on and the food is delicious!! As we've gone here quite a bit, we've sampled a good portion of their menu and I can honestly say that everything we've had has been great!! And it appears to not be a secret because it's always busy!! Just a great place to be!!“
“My parents have been coming here for years so that should attest for something. I personally have never gone here on my own just strictly with my parents. Not that I'm opposed to that, it just seems more of a family type establishment rather than a date night destination. The atmosphere is casual, like a step above a Rams horn and the menu has a pretty wide range of options to fit varying tastes. The service is always good as it is a family owned business I assume the staff is expected to meet a certain criteria since it is a family's reputation at stake. The meals are prepared with a homestyle feel with nice sized portions. My daughter is a big fan of shrimp scampi and unfortunately she had to send it back last night as she said it had a soap taste. I expect this is a one off since we have dined here several times without incident and felt inclined not to mention it in this review but for the sake of transparency I decided to. This definitely would not cause hesitation on my part to return and I still completely recommend. On the other hand, my wife said it was the second best lamb shank she's ever had, the first being a $100 meal in Los Angeles so take that into consideration. Prices are reasonable and and there's good reason they have been in business 3 generation's.“
“A special day. A special night. Couldn't be better. Arranged by our son and daughter. The waiter did everything, except eat our food. The wines were a delight and the steak and salmon were prepared with artistry. He guided us with each entre and the salad was shared by us with dressing aside. Wine, was by the glass and was both red and white and light, semidry and elegant. Our perfect dinner ended the perfect evening. Thank you 220 Merrill for a wonderful 50th.“
“The Tap burger sliders are fire! This bar has come along way from when they first opened. Always improving, always hiring quality help, always a good time.Kid-friendliness: This place caters to kids but it is still definitely a bar. No language restrictions or kids meal specials. I brought my 8 and 6 year olds and they always ask when we're going back.Ha!“
“Great restaurant with an amazing rooftop bar. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. The staff at 423 Main Street Bar and Grill deserves special praise. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor make every visit memorable. In addition to the mouthwatering food and delightful atmosphere, the bar offerings are top-notch. The bartenders are amazing. The authenticity of flavors, the buzzing ambiance, and the exceptional service make 423 Main Street Bar and Grill a standout destination for bar and grill enthusiasts. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual night out or a lively gathering with friends, this restaurant delivers an experience that leaves a lasting impression. I highly recommend 423 Main Street Bar and Grill to anyone seeking a memorable night of great food, fantastic drinks, and wonderful company. It’s a culinary journey that satisfies the senses and keeps you coming back for more.“
“Stopped by to grab dinner here a couple nights ago after hearing good things about it from friends, they lived up to the expectations I had. The food was delicious , menu had many different options to pick from, I recommend the Korean ribs and the b1 smash drink. The service was amazing, super friendly and attentive. I will be coming back soon!“
“We needed to find a place to eat after my son's competition and this was right across the street. They had been wanting to go for some time now and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere is fun and the service was very good, the waitress knew alot about the menu and was very helpful for us first timers. The food came out fast and was delicious. I'm sure my kids would go back and they'd like to try the trivia! Would recommend.“
“The view of the golf course is so lovely, especially in Fall. The food was good, portions hearty, and the service was very attentive. All in all, a really nice experience that I would recommend to anyone, especially those who enjoy patio dining.“
“Quite a bit more upscale than I had been expecting, yet the happy hour prices were great, as was the food and service. The bar tender couldn’t have been more friendly. The steak tips were $10 (happy hour) and were fantastic and larger portion than I had expected. My only beef (haha) was the beer selection.Kid-friendliness: There are better options if you have little ones.“
“The food here is better than we could have ever imagined. It has become a food staple in our family with the great deals it makes for an affordable and delicious dinner! We love the hot pretzel appetizers and the large burgers that are very generously portioned. We have been here multiple times and have never had something that we didn’t like! All of their food was kept at a manageable price range -and not to mention that all of there food is portioned to feed at least a few. The beverages were reasonably priced and fantastic tasting. We highly recommend the city grill and bar to you and your family.Dietary restrictions: There are many gluten free and vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: my kids love it here they have great food and my kids are pretty picky they love there food and the variety that is given. There is endless options of all my kids favorites (burger, quesadillas, etc) they are very flexible when it comes to making slight changes my children will request for no onions and it will come out as wanted. I highly recommend and will strongly suggest this to you and your children!“
“Food is good, decent quality. Bar is old and needs some updates. All customers look like regulars. This bar is dark inside. It's like the bar that's been around forever that all the locals go to. If your looking for that, this is your place!“
“I went to the one in Troy, for over a decade. Re: Rochester, I had some extraordinary chicken fajitas, pizza's is decent, pastas is okay, but more importantly, it's a rare place in Oakland county where you can have a variety of dishes and they're all pretty much down the pipe. Burgers are extremely good, and the staff is friendly with lots of smiles and good eye candy (cute staff), lots of TV's, and the lights aren't obnoxious, what more do you want?“
“We met friends for Wednesday's half off burgers at 24th Street Sport Tavern, in the historic district of Oxford, MI. It was a well maintained older building, with a unique atmosphere!! I didn't think I could eat the entire half pound "Tavern Burger" but it was SO Good that I couldn't help myself!! The server was pleasant & attentive, keeping us supplied with everything requested! We had a great time with wonderful friends & an amazing casual meal! We'll be back!!“
“We had a party of four the week before Christmas. We have eaten at Camp T for years, including having two rehearsal dinners for our kids. This was the only time I was disappointed in the service and the meal. I felt we were hurried by our waiter…not even offered a dessert. The restaurant was not especially busy and it was on a week night.I would never order the maurice salad again. It was a large plate full of shredded lettuce and not much else. Definitely not like it used to be.The pricing had gone up and I was surprised at the bill. I guess that’s the case everywhere now.I hate to see such a special place not live up to its reputation for good food, great atmosphere and wonderful service.“
“We came on Friday night and the server we had was very nice & prompt. The drinks tasted great and were priced appropriately. We also got fried pickles as our appetizers; I’m not going to lie I’d love it if it were chips but the spears were good!I ordered the Gratiot burger and subbed in blue cheese; it was Amazing!!One thing that did stand out to me was as that they made sure to post on the menu that the kitchen is all nut free. Having a nut allergy myself it was nice piece of mind.My fiancé and I will definitely be back!“
“Such a lively place in downtown Birmingham! The burger here is one of my favorites in the area. The grilled cheese and the tenderloin appetizer were some other favorites. The nachos and buffalo wings have also been recommended by other people. Service was very efficient and friendly.“
“This is such a great place to have dinner or just hang out with friends. Outdoor seating is welcoming and the inside is like a home away from home. The servers are always fun and helpful and the Manager check in on us every time we eat here, which is a great touch and has to contribute to the level of consistency Fork n Pint has.Parking: Generous size parking lot. As of 3/2024 it needs some maintenance but I always find a spot even when it's busy.“
“Was looking for a new place to grab a quick snack before going to the movies, and Sidecar Slider Bar did not disappoint! We stuck to the shareable menu because we planned on eating a ridiculous amount of popcorn, and the items we picked were amazing! We went with the waffle truffle parmesan fries, roasted balsamic and blue cheese Brussel sprouts, and southwest egg rolls. The truffle fries were absolutely hands down the best parmesan truffle fries I have had, and I have had them at a few different establishments. They were hot, fresh, big, and I loved that they were tossed in a truffle oil AND covered with a parmesan truffle sauce instead of just a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. The Brussel sprouts were really good. They also come with bacon, but we aren't pork eaters, so we ordered them without, but they were still awesome! The balsamic and blue cheese crumble complimented the crispy Brussel sprouts well. Last but not least , the southwest egg rolls. They came with a side of sour cream and a zesty spicy ranch type dressing. They were great, stuffed with the perfect amount of black beans, corn, chicken, cheese, and spices. When they say shareable, they mean it because those three dishes had the two of us extremely full and needing a brisk walk before heading to the movies to fill up on movie theater treats! In all, it was a great new restaurant experience that I will definitely return to have. The wait staff was awesome, and the place was clean, and the vibes were great. Kind of a sports bar meets family hang out spot! Check out Side Car Slider Bar next time you are in downtown Birmingham, MI.“
“A group of 7 went here last week for my dad's birthday. I've been here when it was different businesses, but never to Fork n' Pint and wish I would have come sooner! They have a wide variety of different types of food, but they all looked so delicious and I ended up going for the Coconut Curry with Chicken. I wish it was a bit spicier, but it was a great option as were the Brussels sprout appetizer and the red velvet cheesecake. Our service was a bit slow, which is why I marked it down to 4 stars, but the server and the rest of the staff were really nice and accommodating.“
“Easily one of the best brunch restaurants in the Birmingham, MI area. As I write this I am chomping down on their famous Lox Plate which is salmon, eggs and sourdough toast, very healthy before a workout might I add. If they were to offer their breakfast menu throughout the week no other restaurant would compete…at least I “
“we did a 30 birthday party for my daughter Saturday food drinks and service were excellent she had great time are friends and family were very impressed with the new change's at the restaurant and bar and had a great time keep the good work up see you soon.“
“RCB offers an extraordinary dining experience with exceptional food and top-notch service. From delectable dishes to attentive staff, every moment is a delight. And when the night falls, the DJ spins tunes that elevate the atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a memorable night out.“
“I was pretty satisfied with this restaurant. We had a little bit of wait, but the server came right over to see if we wanted drinks. There were tvs all over so it kept us entertained while we waited. Pretty nice bar area and decent amount of tables throughout restaurant. The menu had a lot of variety - entrees, sandwiches, pizza, plate of nachos, etc. I always appreciate a good list of beer options also! I ate the marinated chicken quesadillas. Yum! Definitely recommend!“
“Duffy's Pub is a great place to hangout with family and friends! Karakoe on Wed and Sat night til 1am! Jules Z is the best server in the building! She brings your drinks and food out asap! Jules is very attentive! I highly recommend having her as your waitress! She is the best!“
