The acting manager on duty treated me like a piece of garbage. I was owed a drink and wasn't told that you have a 3 day window to get it. I went to go treat myself to my drink, and I was treated like a liar. I was told to come back the next day and talk to the store manager. I've decided not to go back to that location.
Sign said large coffee, any flavor, $2.99. When I got to the drive-up speaker, I couldn't hear anything from the woman inside, so I just drove up and ordered it at the window. She seemed very perturbed by this, and didn't even give me a chance to pick a flavor; she just handed me a large plain coffee. I love coffee, but not strong coffee it upsets my stomach.
