“Let me just start off with this place is my favorite Italian restaurant ever hands down the best!! We typically get carry out and eat at home but last night 11/4/2025 we made reservations for my birthday to come in a dine in! The atmosphere alone was outstanding and the service was amazing. Now to get to the food...all our food was prepared with love and to perfection, I'm very picky about my spaghetti sauce but let me tell you their sauce is the best I've ever had i mean it. It makes me feel like I'm with family at home, and afterwards our waitress brought out little Cannolis for my birthday. As we were leaving restaurant the owner (I'm assuming that's who it was) took his time to ask us how everything was and joke around a little with us. I can't rave enough on how good this restaurant and food is!! Thank you so much for everything and making my day a wonderful experience”

The drinks were excellent too. It was the perfect birthday brunch for her and a great time for both of us. A true gem in Dearborn—highly recommended!”

“Came here for the first time based on a google search for a coffee shop and tried the Yemeni Scrambled Eggs and it came with khubz and sawawik on the side. They also have American type dishes for breakfast and lunch. I also had a gingerbread latte. Everything was so tasty and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and while the place is hidden in a small strip mall off Outer Drive and Pelham, there was a constant flow of patrons. Only complaint is that it’s cold throughout the restaurant (winter time) from the door opening constantly. I recommend (if allowed) they get an exterior entrance enclosure so there’s a space between the outer and inner door.”

Which is to be expected with small establishments vs chain ones. My sister got ice cream, couldn't tell what she thought about it lol, but she appreciated the offer for free samples without her having to ask. First time around, the ice cream I got was very good, hard packed but still smooth. Cute little spot that I will definitely come back to again!”

The salad is so fresh and we love the dressing and pita chips in it. The hummus is great. The chicken schwarma sandwich is yummy and a great lunch deal. But we usually split the platter for 2 when we are both eating here because it lets you try multiple things and gives you way more food. we always have leftovers so we get to eat more of this amazing food later on. All the meat has been juicy and tender. We love the rice with the almonds in it. Everything is just delicious! Can't wait to come back. I want to try other things because they have so many things that sound good but we also love what we get already so it's so hard to switch it up! lol Might have to try something new next time though just to see what else we like. “Visited for a wedding reception. The food arrived in courses and looked very inviting and well done. The tempeture and taste did not measure up to the appearance which was outstanding. It was good but not excellent but it was a good sized party all eating at the same time. The service was above and beyond. Highly recommend these people - they have a handle on how to treat guests. The building was awesome. I had Grok give me the history and cant say enough about how they preserved it and the interior decorations. Good job to whomever keeps up with it.”

I was excited to go since they said great things about the food.
Free covered Parking are available within 1 min walking distance from the restaurant.
Easy to locate, outside and inside tables. We were welcomed with a nice smile from the host, tables are clean, chairs are comfortable.
The menu was clear and easy to read, prices were listed (so you are not gonna be surprised with fat bill at the end).
I asked the waiter about few dishes and he well explained everything.
We ordered three noodles (some comes with chicken broth and some with fish broth), rice, chicken and curry.
You can tell them how spicy you want your food.
Food arrived in 3 minutes, presentation was great!
The food tastes so good and exactly what we wished.
The spice level is exactly what we ordered.
Prices are acceptable for what you get ($15-17 for a big bowl of pho).
The restroom are clean and smell nice, warm water and hand wash are perfect.
I ended up paying like 76 for four main dishes and we hardly finished our food.
The waiter checked on us few times and filled our cups.
It was very good experience, I will give it a second visit when I come to Michigan.”

I absolutely loved the margarita vodka, it was fantastic! You can even tell the waitress how strong you want it, and they’ll make it just right.
We were served by a lady called Marr today ,she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. If management is reading this, she definitely deserves a raise or bonus.

Her customer service skills are phenomenal. She is an excellent trainer. She is very patient and thoughtful with new employees. She did not expect you to learn things overnight that she has practiced for years. I took a picture of her skills in progress. Due to staffing she is not doing special orders but she can write on a cake if you get there early enough. I made sure the bakery was cleaned nightly. You could literally eat off those floors. ?”

“You can never go wrong with the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks at Olive Garden. It’s a staple one of us ordered that, and it was very pleased. The table shared calamari, and it was good. A little bit too salty the other party got tour of Italiano, which was three items lasagna chicken, Parmesan and pasta they were pretty good, but there was too much food. We had to take a box to go. The waitress was nice and we will return.”

“I must express profound disappointment and palpable frustration with our recent dining experience at Benihana. The entire meal felt like a series of unfortunate events. To begin with, my shrimp was so charred it was nearly inedible. More bafflingly, our cook felt it apt to throw food at us, a gesture neither entertaining nor appropriate. My sister clearly informed the cook of her mushroom and shellfish allergies, yet he carelessly used the same utensils for her dish, causing an immediate allergic reaction. My brother also tried, multiple times, to clarify his order, only to be ignored; the cook placed what he deemed fit onto his plate. I ordered the trio, and while he confirmed my order, he only gave me shrimp and steak. I expressed to him that I didn't receive my chicken, but was met with an attitude. He questioned why I didn't clarify at the start. I reminded him that I had indeed specified my order when he initially asked, and it was even written down on the order sheet he was using. Despite the evidence, he seemed uninterested in rectifying the oversight and continued to display a dismissive demeanor. This lack of attention to detail and blatant disregard for customer communication left me deeply frustrated and tainted our entire dining experience. The indifference continued when my niece and her father requested double rice, only to be met with evident reluctance. And later, when I inquired about sauce, the response came with a touch of disdain, suggesting such requests should have been made at the outset. Our intention for visiting Benihana was to celebrate my niece's dance competition success. But the evening was anything but celebratory. As we were leaving, hoping to address our concerns, I asked the hosting stand for additional contacts or a manager. They vaguely suggested calling back the next day, all while standing around, exuding a palpable disinterest. Given this regrettable and frustrating experience, I firmly believe seeking a refund is both appropriate and warranted.”

“Came here for the first time based on a google search for a coffee shop and tried the Yemeni Scrambled Eggs and it came with khubz and sawawik on the side. They also have American type dishes for breakfast and lunch. I also had a gingerbread latte. Everything was so tasty and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and while the place is hidden in a small strip mall off Outer Drive and Pelham, there was a constant flow of patrons. Only complaint is that it’s cold throughout the restaurant (winter time) from the door opening constantly. I recommend (if allowed) they get an exterior entrance enclosure so there’s a space between the outer and inner door.”

The hospitality here is truly on another level. The staff are always kind, welcoming, and patient. They make you feel valued the second you walk in. It is very rare to see a place maintain such consistent warmth and positivity every single visit, but they do it effortlessly.
The atmosphere inside is calm, clean, and inviting. It has a very comfortable vibe that makes you want to stay, relax, and enjoy your time. The pastries and desserts are always fresh, beautifully made, and full of flavor. Everything looks good and tastes exactly how you would hope. You can tell that a lot of care goes into their food and presentation.
What really sets this place apart is how you are treated. I honestly cannot think of anywhere else that does customer service as well as they do. They are respectful, genuine, and they treat every customer like they matter. That means so much and it is the reason we return again and again.
