“We had breakfast there while visiting from AZ. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We will be sure to stop there again on our next visit. So very worth the wait !! Ed and Joanne Nixon from Goodyear AZ 10/13/2024”
“Truly feels like a 'hidden gem' the moment you walk-in; they've recreated a 'Roman Village' with perfect aesthetics, ambiance and ambient music. You feel the calm and warmth as you sit down, just breathing it all in as you immerse in their 'set'.
Their menu lets you take that experience another step further since you walked in to now taste their carefully crafted menu options. Everything looks and sounds delectable!
Oh and the free bread. Olive garden has NOTHING on them when it comes to free bread's taste 🤌
Finally the service. They make you feel right at home with their no-rush attitude and pleasant demeanor.
It's unfortunate it's tucked away from major city traffic, but also glad it gets to keep its calm appearance, both in and out.”

“They did my niece’s graduation Saturday. Food was fabulous. They were all so nice & friendly. I would highly recommend them. We had both taco & Mediterranean trucks.”
“The place is beautiful, the food was wonderful and the service was excellent. The manager in charge of the hall, Hamza, was very nice and cared about the guests and served them with a smile…??”

“With so many coffee shops in Dearborn-I didn’t expect one to shock me with incredible customer service, quality, aesthetics, and dedication. Every detail from the cups to wall decor to the customer service is 100 out of 10. They go above and beyond to give a personal experience to each and every person who walks through the door. I actually felt honored to be there and took some time out of the staff’s time to let them know how amazing it felt to be in Jabal’s presence enjoying the people, drinks, food, and atmosphere. This place did not disappoint-I can’t wait to bring more friends and family to see this place! May God bless the owners and staff who had a hand in putting all of this together. -The overly talkative customer, Nataly”
“Came here for the first time based on a google search for a coffee shop and tried the Yemeni Scrambled Eggs and it came with khubz and sawawik on the side. They also have American type dishes for breakfast and lunch. I also had a gingerbread latte. Everything was so tasty and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and while the place is hidden in a small strip mall off Outer Drive and Pelham, there was a constant flow of patrons. Only complaint is that it’s cold throughout the restaurant (winter time) from the door opening constantly. I recommend (if allowed) they get an exterior entrance enclosure so there’s a space between the outer and inner door.”
“Obsessed. I stop in here at least twice per week for my usual vanilla latte with oat milk, which I highly recommend. The freshly made treats are delicious. The artwork is always interesting and changes frequently enough that it's always worth a trip inside even though they have a super convenient walk-up window. The staff is always friendly and helpful and my drink comes out A+ without fail.”
“My brother in law found this place because he was diagnosed with diabetes, he likes the sweets and their keto cookies are amazing. They have all sorts of sweet baked goods, but the cookies and the keto cheese cake will take the edge off for the sweet baked goods cravings. This is a neat neighborhood business that is clean, offers great goods and the service is very friendly. Give them a chance and you will discover that you will not be disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: Good keto cookies.”
“Mohamed Mohamed is one of the kind people and sweet I ever met and so talented I love that guy”
“The Dearborn, Michigan, restaurant has been a longtime fixture in our community, with employee longevity guaranteeing great service and consistent taste. On this visit, I had the signature lettuce wraps, which were plentiful and tasty. The pork egg rolls were still hot when they arrived at the table, and the dipping sauce had a bit of a horseradish-y tang to it. My chicken fried rice entree was large and had great flavor, and all three dishes were fresh. Dan, the manager, came to my table to check on our order and he was most gracious and friendly. I'll be back again soon.
Dietary restrictions: Most of the menu is halal, which is important in the Dearborn, Michigan, market.”

“I highly recommend Toarmina’s Pizza in Dearborn! I hosted an event for a Student Government and had them cater lunch and their Famous Huge Party pizzas were perfect for our large crowd of 50+ students! If you’re looking to cater pizza and salads for an event, they are the place to go! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Classic table service with seasonally prepared dishes. Hummus with Kalamata olive pesto and on site made pita bread was hard to want to share. Roasted salmon with couscous, which was a tad dry, and lovely Swiss chard hit the spot. Large by the glass wine list with many great choices.”
“Nice crew working here. Once didn't have chocolate shake mix and I tried the vanilla. I found it a bit bland but still enjoyed the ice cream like, thick treat. Difficult to get the shake through the provided straw, and they don't have spoons either. The chocolate is good, thick and a lot like the Frosty. Drive through usually moves quickly. Use the app to get craver nation offers, challenges, and rewards. The app has in app ordering and credit card payments but it has pay at the castle option so I like to use that in case I can't get everything I ordered.
Kid-friendliness: Sliders are kid sized
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and entry WC accessible”
“We've eaten here a few times recently and every time has been delicious! We have loved everything we've tried so far. The complimentary spicy garlic sauce with the bread is so good. The salad is so fresh and we love the dressing and pita chips in it. The hummus is great. The chicken schwarma sandwich is yummy and a great lunch deal. But we usually split the platter for 2 when we are both eating here because it lets you try multiple things and gives you way more food. we always have leftovers so we get to eat more of this amazing food later on. All the meat has been juicy and tender. We love the rice with the almonds in it. Everything is just delicious! Can't wait to come back. I want to try other things because they have so many things that sound good but we also love what we get already so it's so hard to switch it up! lol Might have to try something new next time though just to see what else we like. All the staff have been super nice and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Love all the unique lighting. Highly recommend! Trenton Location”
“Amazing food! Great customer service too! Our server, Abbas, went above and beyond with his caring attitude! He was very attentive, polite, and friendly. My friends and I were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there.”
“The food was amazing!!!!! The meat was tender in all the dishes, soup was so good, and everything was delicious. The service was also very good and fast. I would have given the restaurant a 5 star review if the bathrooms were cleaner and the floors weren’t sticky. But other than that this place is amazing!”

“I absolutely love carters. The ladies that work there are all very sweet ladies. The burgers are delicious. If your looking for a thick patty it's not that kind of burger but I love them with her cheese and onion and pickles. Delicious quick and easy but they only take Cash so keep that in mind.”
“To the nicest soul who answered the phone at 630am on July 25, 2024 . I'm so happy you took my call just to pack my extra butter for my Uber eats order . I'm so sorry I'm rude an didn't ask your name but know you made my day , while I'm here visiting from out of town ❤️💯🤞🏽 YOU NEED TO BE PROMPTED BECAUSE YOU MATCHED MY HAPPY AND POSITIVE ENERGY . IM FOREVER GREATFUL. THANKYOU”
“Step back in time—and don’t skip the rabbit stew 🐇🍞🕯️
Tucked inside the historic wonderland of Greenfield Village at the Henry Ford Museum, the Eagle Tavern is more than just a place to eat—it’s a full-on time travel experience.
From the moment you walk in, you feel like a weary 1800s traveler stopping in for a hot meal and a brief escape from the dusty trail. The staff is in period attire, the decor is candlelit and rustic, and even the menu sticks to the era—no fries or fountain drinks here.
We had the rabbit stew, which was hearty and slightly sweet—unexpected, but actually pretty good. The homemade breads and fresh-churned butter were fantastic, the kind of simple comfort food that makes you want to start a bread journal.
If you’re visiting the park, definitely stop in. It’s the kind of place that makes history feel alive—and delicious.”
“We celebrated family member birthday last Aug.03 at your branch at East Dearbon. The place was nice and everybody enjoyed the food from appetizer (Humus) and the signature dishes (Fahsah and the grilled platter Lamb Haneeth). We loved it! And I’m giving 👍 our 2 servers (Ammar & Murad), the timing they served our food, drinks and the cake. I would recommend your place and would like to come back again. 👍”
Takeout Restaurants
“I recently stopped by this crepe shop and was blown away by both the quality and the service. The crepes were light, perfectly cooked, and filled generously with fresh ingredients. Whether you’re into sweet or savory, they’ve got something for everyone. What really stood out to me was how welcoming the atmosphere felt—Karim Tiba went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even offered great recommendations. You can tell there’s real care put into the food and the experience. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to often!”

“THE BEST PIES. I’ve tried plenty bakeries but nothing compares to Cedarland for me. Just the perfect ratio of dough to filling, best texture, best flavors. You would never guess what gem of a place that is until you try it. Thank you for doing what you do and staying consistent♥️”
“Little hole in the wall that is AMAZING. Great rolls. Kind and attentive staff. My wife and I eat sushi regularly and this is notably good.
It looks like they probably do more take out than dine in.
Definitely recommend and will almost certainly find an excuse to be back here next time we are in town.”
“Nick is a super waiter. He provided excellent service and educated us about Yemeni cuisine.”
“The food was delicious and full of flavor. Everything was fresh, well-cooked, and nicely presented. I especially enjoyed the spices and variety. I would definitely eat this again!”

“This adorable patisserie was walking distance from our hotel and offered a sweet treat in a quaint atmosphere. we tried the Chocolate mousse tart with mirror glaze and a flight of 6 macarons. My husband was amazed at how smooth the chocolate mousse was. The tart was rich and the perfect size for sharing. We took the macarons away with us and later tried the rosewater and the pistachio. They were both delicious, and I was delighted that the rosewater was not overpowering as many times or can be. Open to midnight, this is a great place for a lovely treat in Dearborn.”
“Great service and DELICIOUS food. As a first time being there I asked them to suggest something good app I went with their decision Crispy chicken burger with Cajun fries 😋 Chicken chawarma 😋 And the boneless grilled and fattouch 😋 I can't really tell you how delicious the food is! Gotta go try yourself 😋😋😋😋”
“The best bakery ever, we are experiencing the delicious cooking ..A positive food experience is not about eating just to eat. It’s about experiencing it, enjoying it, and creating memories. It’s about creating nutritious and delicious food, and also how the environment influences that food experience. Cooking is just as important to the food experience as meal presentation and eating.”
“The Food is Exceptional. in addition to the great food the service is top notch. the portions are generous. this was an all around great experience. I'm currently in the middle of my meal and felt it was necessary to add this review before even finishing. Well done guys. keep it up”
“Had heard about the food truck but decided to visit the store location. Katherine warmly welcomed me But more importantly, clean and the Lobster Roll and Seafood Mac and cheese were very good. I definitely recommend the Seafood Mac and Cheese !!”
“Has few items that are hard to find in other grocery stores but some of the widely available items are unreasonably above the market price. They also sell expired mlokheye, the seller/owner had a condescending attitude towards someone at the store it was uncomfortable to watch & impossible to ignore since his tone of voice was of one who's addressing everyone in the store.”

“Was out delivering packages and needed something quick. He made my food super fast and delicious. He even gave me free fries for my first time. You have to try the spicy smash burger with Cajun fries. Hard to find warm customer service like this nowadays. Go in I promise you’ll be treated right!”
“I always look for a place when traveling that feels like home. This is that place. We ate breakfast here 4 days in a row and were never disappointed. Great food, and even more important great people. Visit these folks and you won’t be disappointed. Next time my travels brings me back to Detroit I will be back. In the meantime we will miss visiting with you each morning.
My go to breakfast this week was an omelette with mushrooms, corned beef, and sausage with rye toast and not pictured grits. I’m a bit of a grit snob and these were great.”
“Exceptional food. Amazing service. Falafel and muhammara were some of the best I've had. The lamb in the mansaf was extremely tender and sweet. Absolutely worth a stop if you're interested in good food for good prices. Next time I'm in Dearborn I'll be coming back.”
“I live in Lansing but was visiting the area with my disabled son. A friend recommended this place to meet at and the experience was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is wheelchair accessible. The food was served quickly and was delicious. When I’m in the area again, I definitely will be back.”
“This was my second time coming here and the food was soooo good I forgot to leave a review the first tip they wouldn’t accept my tip but said try it and leave us a review. Well the Aced this one. Best burger i ever had. And I’m a night owl their open till 2am. This is definitely my number one favorite food truck.”
“My family and I LOVE sesame House! The people are respectful, the food is delicious and they have the best kaak! This is my new spot for kaak, spinach and meat pies! Their hospitality is unmatched and they make you feel like family. We have been recommending Sesame House to all our friends and family!”

“The food is outstanding. The taste was impeccable and unforgettable. If I could lick the plate I would so damn good and generous, huge portion. Whatever the price is he paid it for me thank you you are the best and don’t forget the tea. Oh my goodness so good. Thank u!”
“I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem of a food truck parked at the corner of Schaffer and Warren Ave, and I can honestly say it took me straight back to my hometown in Lebanon. The food is absolutely delicious—so authentic, I had to check my location, where it said Schaffer and Warren, just to make sure I wasn't back in Beirut! Every bite was bursting with flavor, from the perfectly seasoned, crispy chicken to the mouthwatering batata sandwich. The food truck is impressively clean, and the service? Top-notch. The staff greeted me with warmth and were super attentive, making sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find a place that feels like home, especially when it comes to Lebanese cuisine, but this truck nailed it. If you're craving authentic Middle Eastern flavors, this is the spot to be!”

“I must express profound disappointment and palpable frustration with our recent dining experience at Benihana. The entire meal felt like a series of unfortunate events. To begin with, my shrimp was so charred it was nearly inedible. More bafflingly, our cook felt it apt to throw food at us, a gesture neither entertaining nor appropriate. My sister clearly informed the cook of her mushroom and shellfish allergies, yet he carelessly used the same utensils for her dish, causing an immediate allergic reaction. My brother also tried, multiple times, to clarify his order, only to be ignored; the cook placed what he deemed fit onto his plate. I ordered the trio, and while he confirmed my order, he only gave me shrimp and steak. I expressed to him that I didn't receive my chicken, but was met with an attitude. He questioned why I didn't clarify at the start. I reminded him that I had indeed specified my order when he initially asked, and it was even written down on the order sheet he was using. Despite the evidence, he seemed uninterested in rectifying the oversight and continued to display a dismissive demeanor. This lack of attention to detail and blatant disregard for customer communication left me deeply frustrated and tainted our entire dining experience. The indifference continued when my niece and her father requested double rice, only to be met with evident reluctance. And later, when I inquired about sauce, the response came with a touch of disdain, suggesting such requests should have been made at the outset. Our intention for visiting Benihana was to celebrate my niece's dance competition success. But the evening was anything but celebratory. As we were leaving, hoping to address our concerns, I asked the hosting stand for additional contacts or a manager. They vaguely suggested calling back the next day, all while standing around, exuding a palpable disinterest. Given this regrettable and frustrating experience, I firmly believe seeking a refund is both appropriate and warranted.”
“Amazing service from younes he was polite kind and whenever I come he always has a smile on his face he suggested the Philly steak sub and it was amazing I ate the whole thing and it filled me up everything here is just perfect the food the customer service from younes the atmosphere and tables were clean and everything I’m definitely coming back soon and telling people about this place”
