I ordered an iced Carmel machiatto, they forgot the Carmel so I had just espresso and milk. I had to go to Astoria bakery a few feet away to get an actual Carmel macchiato. Aside from the coffee, service is terrible every single time I’ve been there. (It’s right up the street from my job) Almost every single employee is extremely unprofessional. Asked cashier multiple times if the chorizo egg wrap had meat in it and she replied there’s no meat in there, after taking couple bites saw there’s pork meat in there, when I looked it up and indeed there was meat in that wrap, and I suffered severe allergic reactions, they need to be trained well.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Two people in line in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get two black coffees and they couldn’t even get it right. Asked for ice in one of them… No ice and the employees are rude and fighting with each other. Was here the previous morning also. Same thing but on the bright side actually got my order right that time. Employees are rude and soooooooooo slow.
