An old old-school pull-up, order, car-hop type place. Comparable to Olympic Broil, but a little better. If Nip 'n Sip was smart they would play up on their uniqueness, rather than changing to become more like the garbage of the 2020s. Granted, the prices are trending higher, but still a great deal. The food is beyond DELICIOUS, portions are great. I've tried the olive burger, chili burger, chili cheese-o fries, fried mushrooms, and the Hammy Sammy. All are perfect, good portions, delicious as hizhell, just AWESOME!!! Love this place, I would eat here every day if I could (it would be an olive burger and something else)!“

They cook with Love, as do I and it warms my heart when I can actually go into a restaurant and leave, Happy and satisfied. This day and age, that doesn't happen very often. “I'm a creature of habit so I normally get the chicken tender or shrimp basket but we decided it was going to be "cheeseburger Saturday" so we all ordered one. I chose American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayonnaise & mustard & this burger did not disappoint! After dinner we enjoyed cocktails & singing to the jukebox, a fun time was had! Every time we visit Eaton Rapids we stop at Abies!“

“We are from out of town and here for a tournament and needed a place that would hold about 20 people. They said they had a back room so we went. When we pulled up my heart sank a little. The place is not at all what we expected. I felt like it was moldy smelling when we walked in but someone we were with said it was probably the smell of the beer making process so i can't confirm or deny that information. Most of the teens did not love their pizza but the adults thought it was fine. The paninis were decent and the spinach artichoke dip was good. If we ever came back to this area i would basically just come for their house made beers and ciders. They were excellent. The mixed berry cider was not sweet at all and I really enjoyed it. Their homemade soda was great too. My kids mixed the cream soda and orange to make a creamsicle. That was delicious. Service was good and they checked up on us even though you order from a counter so that was nice.“

“Bangos has been one of our favorite food trucks in the Lansing area for so long. We made sure to stop by The Brew Cafe every time they were there. When we heard they were looking to sell, we got really nervous that we might not be able to eat their food again, but are so happy that they are now inside Strange Matter Coffee! Now that the kitchen is open and running downtown, we had to run and grab some of those Nasty AF potatoes! Easily the best thing on the menu and maybe even our favorite food item of all time.“

“I've used Tony Ms for 2 funeral luncheons and they have been amazing to work with. Melanie is easy to communicate with and made planning a luncheon less stressful during an already stressful time. The wait staff was amazing as well, and even remembered us from the last time we were there. Guests complimented the spread of food (especially the BBQ meatballs!) and everyone enjoyed the banquet space. Thank you, and we will recommend you to anyone looking for a banquet space!“

I live in GR and have been to both locations and can happily say they are both of great quality all around. On my most recent trip to this location, I got the breakfast tacos (I opted for no carnitas) and they were great. Highly recommend!“

Awesome band, little older crowd which is exactly what we wanted (no skanks half naked walking around) TONS of dancing and drinks were flowing. “The Longhorn Steakhouse on West Saginaw in Lansing has wonderful staff. I accidentally left my credit card underneath the receipt and didn't realize it until 4 days later. They were holding it for me. I truly appreciate them doing that. Honesty and integrity is a wonderful thing. Thank you!!!“
