“Surprised by the negative reviews here, I've always had very fresh, tasty food from here. Be considerate and remember everyone has bad days where maybe the food isn't a 10/10. I mean it is takeout style American Chinese food, so I'm confused why people say it isn't authentic. They've always been very accommodating to any requests I've made even while busy. They're a hardworking family who serve really great food, been going here since I was here! Thankful we have a nice takeout place in GL!“
“Hardee's in Love's truck stop in Grand Ledge was great. Stopped in for a cheap bite to eat while we waited for the bus stop and they took great care of me. “This was our first time dining in and we had a great experience. They were short staffed but still provided fantastic service. The delivery driver we interacted with was nice and brought us our drinks promptly. Marshall, the gentleman with glasses who made and brought us our food, was amazing. He was flying around like a ninja making great food. ? ?The NY Pizza was 10/10 delicious. The boneless wings and lemon peppers fries were perfect. Marshall even shared some of his favorite menu items.This is the Pizza Hut experience I grew up with: delicious pizza, a chill atmosphere (the music selection was great) and great service for a reasonable price. Our two kids loved it too. We will definitely be back!If anyone in management reads this, you’ve got yourself good staff. They seem passionate and genuinely enthusiastic about customer service and very competent at their jobs.“
“This was our first visit to this location. What we witnessed last night was something out of this world. The place was so busy and backed up in the drive thru, that inside orders were taking a bit longer than expected. We watched people get upset, but Jordan kept his head up and stayed calm. His attitude was incredible. He displayed the most mature personality with customer service that I have ever witnessed since Covid. When he brought out our food, I thanked him and told him how great he was and to not let the complaining go to his head. He is doing a phenomenal job. Thank you for your great customer service.“
“Beautifully kept McDonald's. Very clean and peaceful inside. Food was hot and of a much higher standard. Honestly never seen a better looking McDouble. I don't think over seen a bun this visually appealing. I Prefer this over the one on Grand River ave. Will be returning again.“
“I called and ordered 5 miscellaneous subs today for an office luncheon and asked that they be cut into 4's. I talked to Ashley. When I got there she had taken the time to individually wrap and on the bag of each quarter sub mark what it was. She made sure everything was there and bagged it for easy carry out! “The manager who works the night crew, his name is Ryan. Ryan, about a month or so ago, happened to wait on me at the drive-thru window approximately 5 minutes before the store was set to close & my being from Muskegon, MI where a "friendly" McDonalds employee is unheard of, was at a loss for words when I received a FRESH fish fillet, fresh fries, and a perfectly made Carmel Frappe!!! I was impressed w Ryan's service that I came 28 miles out of my way tonight just to come back to this specific location because I knew without a doubt that I would get exactly what I ordered, fresh, and in a timely manner. Workers like Ryan and his fellow employees just don't exist on my side of the state anymore, unfortunately :(I really hope they get the credit they certainly deserve for their outstanding customer service, it'd be a shame to not appreciate or reward an employee who puts forth the extra effort from the moment he clocks in(**TIP: employees who are appreciated tend to work even HARDER for their managers, not because they love their job or the company, no, it's usually because they don't want to let their managers down because the respect is reciprocated and they appreciate their managers just as well)!Thanks again Ryan and team, Ill be sure to stop by on my way through again!Rita & RandyTruck Drivers“
“Went through drive through yesterday. The guy working the window was very nice and patient. On 3 meals we spent close to $30 dollars. The burger I got was so good and their fries are one of my favorites. The chicken stripes they are bland unless you dip them in something about my only bad thing.“
