“Whenever I come here, they aren’t busy and don’t have a lot of pretzels prepared in advance. This makes sense to get fresh pretzels but be aware if you are in a rush. I ordered a dragon fruit bowl which was good, but I think there was honey drizzled on top which I don’t really like. I didn’t see this in the description on the menu, but if I missed it then it is on me. The pretzels are always delicious and soft, and the staff is friendly.“

“Potbelly Sandwich Shop is always our go to for delicious sandwiches, sides, and desserts! We were delighted to discover that while traveling this location also offered friendly professional service and went above and beyond to accommodate our food allergies. They used a new / clean cutting board, a new cutting knife, & changed their gloves to ensure no cross contamination while making our sandwiches. The bread is soft yet toasty and the meats are not salty, the veggies fresh, the cookies soft! You will not be disappointed with their foods! We will be returning to Potbelly's. I was annoyed to say the least but Corey (Hope I spelled his name right) was very nice an was extremely patient with all 5 of us even when my GF changed her order a little b4 it all started.
