Man, if I didn't know it was Chinese I might think it was something else. I am not sure how Covid didn't snuff this place out especially in ritzy Forrest Hills. I would be shocked to find someone of Asian decent cooking this. It's not that you can't eat it but it is super bland.
So this review is just for take out, I've never eaten in. I've been satisfied with everything I've ordered. Chinese food is hard to review, because everyone has their preference. But I've ordered Chinese food from restaurants that cost twice as much, and tasted the same or worse. I was bummed that China Garden didn't have teriyaki chicken. But their BBQ chicken (I just like saying "chicken on a stick") is so crispy in a good way, that I want all my "chicken on a stick" to be like...read full review

Food was hot In temperature-that's all I have good about this place, sorry not sorry Crab Rangoons were good and stuffed nicely with cheese - lacked crab Egg drop soup was nice and thick - lacked flavor Chicken vegetables is about the only chicken dish I would recommend. Anything fried I'm not sure it's chicken, yuck pieces and parts Fried rice select flavor. Steamed rice was accurate. Try another Chinese place locally. I do not recommend this one
