“The worse service I ever experienced. Was there and ordered 2 burgers. Received 1. Waited another half hour to receive the one for my mother that has dementia. She asked "what is going on" . There was a couple sitting behind my mother in a booth also. The man told the waitress that it was the worse steak he ever ate. "Was like chewing gum" . It doesn't stop there. Took over half hour for my mother to get her margarita. I asked when Will that be served. My mother is not a drinker. Then....omg...I requested water and a box to go for the burger we didn't get to start with...well that took along time also...the people sitting behind me in a booth was waiting on the return of their credit card.....the staff had no clue where that was...then another waitress brought them more food which was to go to another table.....then the waitress brought me a bill ticket that was 12 dallors and change for some one else.....that took more time finally to pay our bill. Our waitress said she had been off 3 days...hard getting back in the swing of things...dammmmnmn. will never go back there again.”

“My wife and I went on a little road trip to Hastings just to see what was there. We got lunch at the Walldorff. Such a great place! The food was quite good. She got the Monte Cristo with cole slaw and loved it. I got the Cuban which I enjoyed. We also got the Pretzel Nubs to start with and they were almost perfect. The only thing I would change about them is the cheese they came with wasn't very spreadable. It had great flavor though! As did the course ground honey mustard. For dessert, we shared the skillet apple crisp, which was amazing! We will absolutely go back again!”

“We used the drive thru for ice cream. My hubby and son like the chocolate malts (the only nearby place with malts, not just shakes). We take our dog for a "pup cup", a road trip and a treat. This Dairy Queen is a sentimental favorite. Hubby brought me a butterscotch shake after each of a children were born. Gotta love ice cream!!! Lot's of choices and lots of fun.

Kid-friendliness: It's kid and family friendly but the tables were really close together. I guess that's good for spreading out the family but not so good for an older couple who came to dine in.

Parking: Large parking lot with lots of driving lanes.

Wheelchair accessibility: As required by the law, there is a wide ramp to enter.”

Service was genuinely really nice! The employees were really friendly and helpful. AND the employees wear their own goofy costumes on Halloween, my favorite being the cashier rocking the cute shark onesie! 🦈
The employees are quick to prepare and deliver my food and I never experienced mistakes on any of my orders!

As far as atmosphere, could be better. Country music is always playing in the background which is not for everyone, but the place is incredibly clean, like you never get that icky feeling like you would with a McDonald's place.

Overall this place is really nice! go here every week (mostly the drive through) and it's been consistently tasty and reliable.

“We ordered from Dynasty to celebrate our anniversary. We took our take out to the park and discovered we were missing an item. We called and they were incredibly apologetic and sincere. They had it ready for us to pick up and added 2 egg rolls and once again apologized profusely for their mistake. Incredible customer service and a delicious, fresh meal.”

“I like when you walk in that "most" of the time you are greeted. As sometimes they are really busy and can't but they do try their best to acknowledge when a customer arrives. The place is always spotless and I love hearing the employees in the back talking and appearing to be "having fun at work" That also creates a great inviting atmosphere when customers arrive”

“7/28/24 @8:30 ish time went in with my two girls ordered our subs and the young men working were awesome communicatjng and joking along with us together. Pay time comes and my preferred credit union card would not chip or slid due to chip error for a month but I was told my card was fine. Then decline!! I asked if I can be right back left my girls there because I felt comfortable with the young men working came back with the and someone paid for the 3 12 in subs. The young man said it was covered but I insisted he take the money. Got home asked my daughters if they knew who paid and she said the boys did. ♥️. Great job guys and a very much congratulations mom and dad of these boys you’ve done a fine job with them on manners and communication making customers feel like coming back. Ty”

“We went for a person's birthday. We waited over 1 hour for the food. The food was great, however one person's steak was cold and overcooked. The drinks were fantastic and still had fun! We did get a free dessert as well.”
