“We finally got to dine at Mabel Gray's and it was phenomenal! The staff was great. We did the tasting menu. 8 prefectly timed courses. The cocktails were creative and yummy. The food, let me tell you about the food. Warm and cold oysters, fantastic. 2nd course was a cross between a cevieche (sorry if spelt wrong) and sushi. Yummy!! Wing, the best sauce I have ever had. The show stopper for me was the clam chowder. Fresh buttery goodness. I could eat that all day every day. Deep fried sweet potatoes. That made you realize you have been doing sweet potatoes all wrong. Duck dumplings that make you want more. I am too stuffed to type anymore. Go get your Mabel on. You won't regret it!”

“Everything I've ever had there was excellent. A few things that stand out are the homemade soups, the potato pancakes, and they've got the best Reuben on the entire planet. The place is always clean, the service is excellent, the prices reasonable, and everyone there from the owner to the employees are really nice people.”

“I worked in Hazel Park and would pass this place every day so my curiosity was piqued. Hands down it’s one of the best Thai restaurants in the area. Do call and place order before arrival, it takes around 30-40 minutes, the kitchen area is quite small.”

“Hi everyone. I experienced this place for the first time yesterday. I would just like to say that the fish was not that fresh. I ordered a pickerel fish uncooked, just bone and scaled. When I got home I had to still scrape scales off my fish. The eyes on the pickerel was only half clear. Whenever you buy from a seafood market the eyes on the fish should be as white as possible. I would suggest to customers to cook your own food, that way you’re not eating food cooked in everyone’s oil. The fish was a 6 out of 10 but they could do better.”
