“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! “This is was my first time placing an order through door dash with them and I am very sensitive to gluten and I made the mistake by thinking I ordered “regular gluten free” but instead ordered white bread. I quickly called and the employees were quick to help and fixed my order when door-dash didn’t have that option. “Amazing experience. They were incredibly sweet when we ordered on the phone and when I arrived the lady was really friendly. She asked me about my day and job and just genuinely kept me engaged in easy conversation while they finished up. We ordered subs and they were divine. The ham and cheese was exactly what you want in a ham and cheese, and the buffalo chicken was incredible. The salad was delicious too. Definitely our new sub spot.“
“Jersey Mike’s is delicious. Each sandwich artist has their own style but they’ve always been consistent at this location and are happy to customize your sub with fresh ingredients. They seem well staffed. Quick and courteous. Don’t sleep on their cookies and brownies. They’re so good!“
“The subs and the service is always amazing at this location, however you can’t walk in without walking out smelling like a bonfire. The ventilation in this location definitely needs work! The ceiling is stained and it is consistently smoky. I love this place but it’s hard to stand inside for longer than a couple minutes! I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with it all day.“
“I came in for a sub today and noticed that one of the employees was sitting down at a table on her phone, while another was working in the back. The girl in the back came out and gave excellent service through out the entire process. The food was good, but it was kind of awkward and sad to see one employee working hard, while another was not.“
“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“
“Boardwalk Subs has the friendliest most knowledgeable staff I have encountered, I absolutely love the subs which are mouthwatering and very filling. There is a special mayo sauce made in house that takes the cake, and the sun bread has a sweet and toasty tantalizing zig that I have not ever experienced from any subs I’ve ever experienced! Dominic, Dean, Brooke, Brian and Sydney are so friendly and amazingly helpful, I found 2 of my favorites so far!
