“Quickest service Ive ever had at any Subway. They weren't overly friendly, but the crew of 3 team members working Friday at Noon made up for it with their speed. They knew their jobs and worked as a team; something I seldom witness these days. With 7 people in line ahead of me, I still made it through the line and was walking away with order (perfectly assembled) in under 10 minutes. Well done crew!To Subway management; make sure you pay these crew memebers well. Good employees are hard to find and keep. These guys are what bring your reveiws up and take you from average to excellent.“
“Jimmy John’s is a hard one to beat! incredibly fast.. subs are made to order with fresh bread and toppings! here i got the tuna club, removed cucumbers and added hard salami..and now they had new sides too.. potato salad and bow tie salad. The GIANT sub is a favorite Jimmy Cubano very delicious.. also note.. you should enroll in the rewards program.. i had 2 accounts and the old one hadn’t been used in a while so Jimmy John’s sent me a 50% off.. the food is fresh and fast. CON: if you need delivery the range they will deliver is smaller than other carry out. i live between 13 and 14 mile in Rockford but i’m too far for delivery.“

“Amazing experience. They were incredibly sweet when we ordered on the phone and when I arrived the lady was really friendly. She asked me about my day and job and just genuinely kept me engaged in easy conversation while they finished up. We ordered subs and they were divine. The ham and cheese was exactly what you want in a ham and cheese, and the buffalo chicken was incredible. The salad was delicious too. Definitely our new sub spot.“

I guess I'm not really getting why this place is better than any of the other sub places, but equally it isn't bad per say. I wouldn't go out of my way to avoid it or to go to it.“

“I've ALWAYS loved their food at this location. This time I need to talk about the amazing customer service I experienced.We ordered food for delivery with a requested 6:30 pm delivery time. At 6:50 pm our food still hadn't arrived. I called to ask if there was a problem with our delivery. The extremely polite person on the phone went to check on it. I was apologized to and they took full responsibility that the order was made but never made it out for delivery. They remade it fresh again and said they'd get it out immediately for delivery. They then proceeded to refund my full purchase price including the delivery fee. The person who delivered our order apologized again and said they threw in 2 free cookies as well. I about cried because I felt so valued as a customer. Seems like nowhere does these kinds of things anymore when an honest mistake is made. Way to go Potbelly!! You have a customer for life. I want to give a shout-out to Patience Humphrey that works there. She has excellent communication and every time I go she is always working so hard and she does everything she can to her best ability and she is overall an amazing worker and she has great work ethic.
