“Firstly, the food is impeccable regarding taste, cut of meat and done exactly as asked. The waitstaff is second to none”
“The food was amazing! The staff was kind and quick to deliver food. There were so many dessert options! Everything was delicious!”
“Absolutely incredible cake and customer service! I had never ordered a custom cake before and Sorellas made it so easy! They brought my vision to life and it was better than I could’ve imagined. I got the German chocolate cake with raspberry preserves filling and a vanilla buttercream. Absolutely Delicious!!”
“Stopped in for a quick bite and a brew and stayed for a while. It was a great experience, and my server Haley made it even better. She is so good at what she does and has a great personality to boot! The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the beer was ice-cold. I had a great time and will definitely be back! :-)”

“Food was good. Waitress Tamika was great. she helped me decide on what food choices to make and was very attentive. This was my first time at this restaurant and I appreciated the experience.”
“Awesome pick for lunch!! Our server Carly was sweet and very helpful! When she found out we were from out of town and first time coming in she explained the menu choices we picked. Great on refilling drinks without waiting or asking!! Always a plus for us. Hope we are back in Livonia soon because we will definitely be back!!!”

“Recently renovated, this restaurant is usually packed at dinner. No reservations. The food is good and ample. Soups are hearty and excellent! The service is really good. I like that some dishes, cabbage rolls for example, you can order one or two. Prices have become pretty steep for a diner style restaurant. Not unusual to pay close to $20 for an entree. Atmosphere is rated average due to noise level and need to wait for seating. That said the renovation is really pleasant and the people couldn’t be kinder. Recommend!”
“Dined-in, excellent food at this small restaurant with a few high tables. Split the chicken shawarma plate with veggies with my husband, also ordered hommus and meat grape leaves. Everything was great, fresh and evidently made with skill and love. My fave veg was the pickled cabbage. The grape leaves stuffing wasn't my the best ever, but the leaves themselves certainly were. The texture and size were amazing. My husband really liked the sauce they put on the grape leaves, for him, these were the best tasting he's had. Plenty of pita bread to scoop up the hommus. Right temperatures for all the food. A family owns, cooks and staffs the place and they made us feel welcomed and treated us royally. Delicious date filled cookies to go was a winning touch for a superb meal. Wish I lived closer!”

“I had gone to grab food from here today for the first time and was super impressed! My siblings and I grew up eating Mexican food so I have grown picky on which food I like, depending on how it is cooked. I love Mexican food! It’s one of those foods that has to be cooked with heart and soul, I can easily say this food was! I had gotten the birria taco dinner and three pork tamales à la carte. Both were super good. Rice and beans were good too. I think the only thing I would add would be a spicy option on your pork tamales😍🤤 Either way it was super good. I will be back!”
“Supernatural is pretty amazing! The staff are really cool, friendly, and did I say cool?! Seriously, I have been going to Supernatural for a little over 8 months (I never knew it existed before then) but I am glad I made that first visit!! The food is great, the beer is amazing!! Shadow Realm is one of my favorites (Oatmeal Stout) and being British by birth, trust me when I say I'm a bit picky when it comes to beer. These guys have it nailed. BTW... Li'l Nicky... You rock! I just tried the Ginger Jalapeno brew that you made me for my birthday and that stuff should be on tap... hopefully it will someday soon! Keep doing what you do guys!! You can bet I'll be back again... and again... and again!!”
“Friendly staff, fantastic service and the food was incredible!! Highly recommend!”

“First time trying Ah-Ha and was very pleasantly surprised. The crab & shrimp boil was delicious but the cajun seasoning could have been spicier. I was thrilled to find marinated pork belly as the pork in my noodles (pork and vegetable option). This was a "need a towel, not a napkin" kind of meal - messy and great! We will definitely be back.”

“I see the 5 star is reserved for fully vegan restaurants.... This Chef's Walnut Pesto Corn Risotto dish is unbelievably delicious. Every bite was slightly different, including candied fennel, fresh crisp corn kernels and walnut chips. Congratulations to the students learning, preparing and serving vegan options at Schoolcraft College!”
“A Surprising Gem
We stopped by Lake Pointe Yacht Club for a bite to eat, as there aren’t a lot of options in the area. The biggest surprise was discovering it’s a bikini bar—not something the name hints at! That said, it wasn’t an issue, just an unexpected twist.
The place was packed, but we were lucky to grab two seats at the bar. Despite the crowd, the wait staff was incredible—constantly on the move and impressively quick with service.
We tried the buffalo chicken fingers, and they didn’t disappoint—savory, saucy, and absolutely delicious.
Overall, it was a fun experience, and we’re looking forward to returning. If you’re in the area and looking for quick, tasty food with a lively atmosphere, this spot is worth a visit!”
“I had not been to this Mitchell's (Livonia) in 10 years. I used to wine and dine doctors at this place back in the day as I was a director of a hospice. I came here for my birthday (Dec. 23) celebration with about 20 plus family and friends. The manager was kind enough to give us the back room because they were so busy. Staff was fine. service was OK. Everybody complained about the food. There were many reviews on Google that are now hard to believe. It makes you think they were bought and paid for by the home team. I had the market trio. I paid $38 expecting to have a nice piece of salmon, some shrimp and a crab cake. There was nothing good on this plate. I believed I was served a 2 or 3 oz portion of salmon that was overcooked. It taste like wood. A soggy crab cake probably from the freezer-burned corn. Bland shrimp that was very tough (overcooked) and the mashed potatoes had loose pieces of potato skin in them. I guess some people like that taste. I don't. I know the skin is the healthiest part of the potato, but this is definitely not being marketed as a healthy meal. My wife is a picky eater and only came because I like seafood. She's allergic to tomatoes so there wasn't much she could eat. We ordered chicken tenders for my 4 year old grandbaby. My wife order one for herself. The kid's meal was $9 and the adult version (which is not on the menu) was $17 for the exact same portion! The calamari had no flavor. Even with the sauces they provided it was just OK-- definitely more batter than Calamari. The white Moscato was delicious and the Carrot Cake was the best I ever had! All together plus the gratuity was $172 and paying it felt like I was being robbed. That is mainly because I could think of 5 restaurants in metro Detroit that I could have gone to for that price and had an awesome dining experience. I don't mind paying for quality, but this was ridiculous!”
“Antonio's is my go to spot for Lasagna.
We stopped by Sunday late afternoon. 8 of us. Enjoyed lasagna. Seafood manicotti, pizza and other items.
Service Sunday was superb. Our waiter was very attentive and made us laugh on several occasions.
Onto the food. It is consistent and as expected when we eat at this Antonio's. Always tasty. Temperature hot and fresh.
What was an eye shock was the pricing. For three of us my bill before tip was $ 115. 👀😳😳😳.
This includes a 3% " fee " for some reason or another.
Looking closely at the bill. And knowing when looking at the menu. Things here dramatically went up. Lasagna my staple here went from $17.50 to $ 23.50. A pop beverage was $ 4.50 and a side of ranch dressing was $ 2.50. This all gives context to the experience.
I can say that between beverages and ranch for three people I added $ 16 to my bill. 😳.
Desert items were tasty. I don't feel the cheese cake for it's size and what not was worth the $ 7.95. it was a tad over cooked. Not creamy / fluffy as cheesecake should be.
Overall. Atmosphere is what your group makes of it. We had a very good time. Service is what your waiter makes of it. And he was superb. Unfortunately. And this is tricky. The value of what we received here is a HUGE miss. All in all my cost for three of us was $ 136.00 total. And we had one lasagna, two seafood manicotti's. Three pops and two deserts. Casual dining overall at super fine dining pricing.
Our family eats together monthly. We rotate restaurants. We will look to expand our rotation to a tad more affordable and different options in the months to come. Nothing against the food. It's just an expense that has exceeding our willingness to pay.”

“This was our first time at a Del-Taco. The food was OK, but some of it was room temperature. Our order was large so I suspect that the first items made were the cold ones.
The service was great, very engaging man that said his name was Q took our order and made us fell very welcome.”
“Dining at Bahama Breeze is like a short vacation break. The atmosphere is relaxing and tropical, the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is great! I'll definitely be going back..?☀️”

“This place smells like my mother’s kitchen used to smell growing up..Especially when the fresh bread is out.I feel welcome and am treated like family at this place.Eveything is so delicious!!I love the store and the people and want to thank them all for making it such a great Italian Market.Thank you”
“We've been going here for years but it's been a while. I put an online pickup order in recently (via GrubHub) and it was freshly made and ready 15 mins later. It's run by a very kind and friendly couple. Their prices are very affordable and it's always very tasty. I'm glad I could support their business!”
“0 out of 5 did not have a good experience it was a long piece of hair in my food and they only took 2 dollars off i was disgusted after eating the majority or my food couldn’t finish and the manager response is this isnt our hair the hair was longgggg and curly i have braids the waiter was really nice but the manager wasnt he even brought the plate back to the table with the hair”
“I like many of you, like using the review score when making purchase decisions. I never just look at the score. I look for the number of reviews and I try to find helpful reviews to give me more incite into what I may be getting into. My wife works in a business where the reviews really matter for bringing in new customers. She often talks about the long-time customers who keep returning but have never left a review. Those are really the voices that should matter more to people who want an honest review of the company they are looking into. Unfortunately, even though I like looking at reviews, I seldom leave one unless I'm very satisfied with the company or really disappointed. In both cases, I leave my emotions aside and tell things as I experience them. This means that if everything wasn't perfect, I don't ding them for minor stuff. I give people the benefit of the doubt because we all have those days when we aren't at our best. When I read bad reviews about restaurants that I frequent often, I wonder about the person leaving the review. I feel that they are either competitors with malicious intent, someone who didn't try to listen to resolve whatever issues they perceived to be happening, or simply someone who's looking for a reason and is too hard to please in the first place. So with all that out of the way, let me get to the Lim's Star review. I love Chinese food and it's one of the first things I looked for locally when I bought my house 10 years ago. There are several in what I would consider my drivable area. Lim's Star is in my top 5 or higher depending on what dish I'm looking for. 10 years means I've been coming there since before the current owner. Do I miss the dinner rolls? Not really, since I get better quality food and personalization of meals on request. The new owner knows us on sight and remembers what we like to order. He even allows us to modify the ingredients to our liking. He is very friendly and will engage in small talk to get to know his customers better. We eat at or buy takeout from Lim's Star at least once a month, sometimes more. Has everything always been perfect? No, but I really can't recall the last time I was dissatisfied with my order or service. Based on my long review, I'm hoping you can tell I have had many enjoyable meals from and experiences with Lim's Star. Seriously! If you are on the fence or willing to try something new in your area, start with a dish you know to compare. I doubt you will be disappointed in your comparison. Mark J.”
“First time going to this restaurant! The food, service, and atmosphere were all great! Our waiter anticipated our needs and took care of things really before we asked. It was a very busy night, but we had reservations. Waited no longer than 5 minutes! The food was very tasty! Loved it! I highly recommend!”
“great food at great prices been going for 10+ years only Pizza I eat”
“Great spot to take the family and grab a quick lunch or dinner. Can’t go wrong with the breadsticks and marinara as a starter here. For our entrees we ordered the fettuccine chicken Alfredo with broccoli and the eggplant parm. Everything was good but what really stood out was our server Chloe, she took the experience to another level. She gets dining out and made sure our visit was an enjoyable one 👍!”

“Hanadi's is not just another restaurant. Everything is fresh, not processed. No preservatives, no emulsifiers no GMO's. Eat lunch and dinner here for three days and see if you, too, don't feel lighter and more energetic. These are Hanadi's own recipes and she she pours her love into each one. Hanadi's Kitchen and Grill is truly someplace special.”
“There’s something deeply satisfying about a well-crafted kafta sandwich, and this one is a true standout. The moment you take your first bite, the flavors transport you straight to the heart of the Mediterranean. The kafta itself is perfectly seasoned—a masterful blend of herbs and spices that complement the tender, juicy ground meat. Grilled to perfection, it’s smoky, savory, and utterly irresistible.
Nestled within warm, pillowy flatbread, the kafta is accompanied by fresh, vibrant accompaniments. Crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and a tangy drizzle of tahini or garlic sauce add layers of texture and flavor that elevate the sandwich to something truly special. Each component works in harmony, creating a balance that’s both comforting and exciting.
What makes this kafta sandwich exceptional is its authenticity and attention to detail. It’s clear that care and tradition go into every step of its preparation. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Mediterranean cuisine or new to its charms, this sandwich is a must-try. It’s hearty, flavorful, and deeply satisfying—a culinary experience that leaves you eager to return for more.
If you’re seeking a taste of the Mediterranean that’s both familiar and extraordinary, this kafta sandwich is the answer. It’s not just a meal; it’s a journey for your taste buds.”
“One of the best locations, currently. Very friendly and professional staff. I appreciate whenever my food is well-prepared/packaged and visually appealing, no matter the price point. The seemingly fresh vegetable topping options offered coupled with the seasoned crust, made for a very delicious pizza.
Vegetarian options: Fair selection of vegetarian toppings and options available.”

“Been here several times and it's always been fresh and friendly. Today they somehow upped their game though: we stopped by for a quick bite after running around and I ordered the wrong item (3 pc mixed instead of the strips). They fixed my mistake (not theirs) without even hesitation. Out of all the chicken options in Livonia, Lee's is at the top of our list. Great team that takes guest satisfaction personally.”
“The food at this place is great. I've been here many times and everything has been good. What separates this place is the service! 100% of the reason I stay here is the service from Jill and Cheri at the Ganders restaurant! I come back here nearly every week because of their customer-focused, friendly, fun personalities! Everyone needs more great employees like these two!”
“Papa Romanos has been my go to place for a long time and especially the Livonia location. Our order was made perfectly! My husband got his deep dish made the way he always likes it, extra sauce and well done and the wings were cooked well done as well just the way we like it. The antipasto we got tasted very fresh. We love this place!”

“I didn't get anything from them....but they helped me A LOT! Shopping around for cakes for my daughter's third birthday and they replied right away and helped me with EVERY question I had. Great customer service and they seem like a great company! Please contact them for cakes or anything they do! Highly recommend after calling around to places and others were very rude.”
“have visited this restaurant since I was a child that used to be a Mexican one they tried another kind of restaurant before City gourmet opened and I'll tell you what this restaurant will become a staple we had the chicken and a white wine sauce with rice pilaf and sauteed cabbage it was amazing my husband had the steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli absolutely out of this world she's going to do very well here you should go in and try it for yourself”
“The vibe of the building is really cool. Welcoming. The staff is all about customer service. From the moment I walked in the door, I was taken care of. I was greeted by two employees and immediately given a menu. I asked the young man (Mo I think was his name) what he recommended and he suggested build a burger. Good choice! I had a classic burger with Cajun fries and a Mt.Dew. The fries were crispy and hot, seasoned to perfection. The burger was hand patted and very tasty. They told me the only use fresh not frozen beef and all ingredients are locally sourced. If I had a compliant at all it would be the door to the restroom. Like many places, it was really heavy and difficult to open. You see, I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair. It was difficult getting in and out of the restroom. But wait... Here comes the staff. They pushed me to my table, offered to move the table in order to make things easier for me, helped me out of the door and into the Uber when I left. I really felt special. Hell, even if the food sucked I'd go back for the service”
“I finally got to try the food from Valentino's and not only was the food fantastic, but Charlie was also an amazing person to converse with. The pizza was excellent, the sauce wasn't overly acidic and the toppings really felt fresh. Also, the wing dings were worth the wait. Thank you guys, for serving the community some delicious food.”
“We had our daughter's 7th birthday here last week and it was hands down the best experience we have ever had! It ran so smoothly, everything was scheduled perfectly, the staff were all so incredibly kind, helpful, informative and great with kids! We had 18 kids ranging from 3-10 years old and everyone had the best time ever!! I truly can't thank Livonia Italian Bakery and Cafe enough. All of our guests are still talking about what a cool and unique experience it was. So different from typical parties we have had in the past. Thank you to everyone for being so fantastic! I couldn't recommend this birthday experience more!”
“Ordered a OG, a large round pepperoni pizza with butter crust. There was a lot of pepperonis, so if you aren’t a huge pepperoni person, maybe ask for less pepperoni. I probably would order it again, but with butter cheese crust the next time.
The garlic mozzarella bread sticks were pretty good, although a little dry. Wish they were a little more cheesy. Most definitely would put Primos as a top 10.”
“really wonderfully meal I love there food and great memories are made with family there”
“An Italian restaurant with great service that updates the menu with seasonal options. Fancier and more expensive than your everyday Italian restaurant but worth it. They have many classic Italian options as well as some interesting options. I tried the five pepper pasta and was blown away. If you love peppers, this is the pasta for you. Creamy, peppery pasta with fresh and pickled peppers and a giant portion of crispy chicken. The calamari was also phenomenal, crispy, tender squish with dipping sauce. Would highly recommend this for a date night. The seafood in the fruits of the sea was overcooked but that might just be bound to happen in this preparation.”
“I love this location. I'm not even being biased since I am the DJ here on Thursday nights. I have always loved this location. Come on out and enjoy the Late Night Happy Hour 10-2am Mon-Thursday. Like I said I DJ Thursdays starting at 9:30pm. Come on out!”

“Hi. I ordered a bunch of bagels and donuts for our local fire department and ICU at St. Marys Hospital. I had an early morning pickup and Looney was ready and waiting with my order! I heard of you from my niece Candes who works at the One Under. She had all good things to say about your company and she was RIGHT! Great job. ☺️”

“Wasn’t the best but seemed understaffed. Busy right at 4pm automatically a 30 min wait. Nothing but kids working, no manager present at anytime of our visit. From the time we ordered til the food came out took 1hr waited so long on the food, given a 10 top sat before us. Also I think the waitress lost my order and came back and asked me again what I had.”
