“All the way from Arizona we recommend this place. It was an amazing experience, we went hiking to the beaches of Nordhaus dunes, this was the closest brewery on Google. It did not disappoint. The stouts were fantastic, and the beach water was amazing. 10/10 will definitely come back.”

“I went into Applebee’s with my family the other night and the whole experience was AMAZING! We were greeted by a gentleman named Garrett, he was very polite and worked with us to find a table very kindly. There was a bit trouble finding the right table as it was very busy, but a manager (I believe her name is Janna) helped us very kindly. She was sweet and made sure that we were at a table to fill our hungry bellies ASAP. Such a respectable and kind person. As we were sat and ate, our server Melissa was extraordinary! She made sure we had refills when we needed them, made sure our food was out on time and was extremely kind through the whole process. Love this Applebees and the workers there!!!!!!”

“Its a must stop for us when were in town, we love the staff even though one person should not be running the bar and taking out food. Many things get lost in the chaos like condiments or napkins or refills. Awesome old bar atmosphere though. Lots of room for billiards and beer pong.”

“We had a wonderful breakfast at House of Flavors on a weekend getaway to Ludington. Cute place with a neat ‘50s soda fountain feel even down to the table assignments they give you for waiting.

When we got there (~9am on a Saturday) it felt like there was a long line. However, we didn’t wait more than 7 min for a table.

We all ordered different types of breakfast (4 adults - 2 males/2 females). Our food was excellent and our server was ON IT. Not once did we have to ask for Diet Coke refills…she just “showed up.”

Only creepy thing…the “sock hop” doll hanging from the ceiling with no torso or head. Pretty sure whoever murdered her was coming for us. ;)

We will be back on our next trip to Ludington.”

Delicious. Turkey Dinner. Turkey moist and flavorful. Yummy mashed potatoes and gravy and stuffing.
Ice Cream delicious. Michigan Pothole, Bear Claw and Cookies n Cream all very good.”

“This is a hidden gem in Ludington. Cash only, neighborhood bar that is provides a down to earth atmosphere. Everyone was very welcoming and Morgan the bartender was awesome! Can't wait to come back and try the pizza.”

“I read the reviews here before choosing a spot in Ludington for our anniversary dinner. I was impressed with such high reviews, and we went last night. We were seated downstairs at a booth, and our waitress was extremely kind. The atmosphere was very relaxing. We don't like crowds, and while there was clearly a lot of fun being had upstairs, we were enjoying the quiet on the first floor. Once we ordered our food, it only took 15 minutes to arrive at our table, and the combination of flavors was heavenly!! We each ordered a different burger and requested that they be each cut in half. We both got to enjoy the succulent flavors of both combined with the most amazing fries I've ever eaten! We upgraded to the garlic parmesan fries, and they were worth every penny! We will DEFINITELY be returning.”

“We stumbled upon Timbers (not the "historic" bar and grill one) accidentally on a quick weekend getaway to Ludington. Nice place that you can tell is an up and coming steakhouse. We really weren't dressed for the occasion, but we were seated quickly. Initially service seemed a little slow, but the gal that ended up waiting on us was fantastic. As all 4 of us were already a little tipsy, I'm not sure we're the best to judge the level of food quality or preparedness. But we all enjoyed our dinner and drinks and had a great time. Will visit again next year and potentially update review then.”
