“I was here for breakfast last Friday (November 24th), while the restaurant wasn't super busy, it would have been nice to had more than1 waitress working, but at least she said sorry about the wait. This is a great way to lose customers. And she said she was learning the menu, so she was new. Another woman that was also serving coffee, and helped with bringing our orders. I ordered the 3, which gives you a choice of either 3 hotcakes or french toast. I ordered the hotcakes, which also comes with 2 sausage and 2 bacon.“
“It's a pretty good McDonald's. Nice inside, and out. The food is good, but make sure you always check your food before you swallow or even bite into it. Found this piece of plastic on the first bite of my Sausage Egg McMuffin ? favorite breakfast, not my favorite topping. ? Otherwise, I've never had any problems and I have been here multiple times as I live in town.“

I reached out to Lansing Foodies to help me with my pursuit! A couple of calls and two trips later, the Mason McDonald's location pulled through!Ba da da da da! We're loving it!“
“Our son was having a meltdown. We pulled into the parking lot to calm him down, and an employee (wish I got his name) saw him crying, came out, and gave us a toy and a small cup of ice cream. We were super appreciative of his gesture. Thank you!“
“My servers name was Kiesa and she was just the best. I loved her energy & she made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. The food was hot & fresh, one of my best Applebees experiences in a long time. We need more servers like her ?“

“Stopped in for a beer on a Friday night around 7pm. Not too busy at the bar, bartender asked if I needed a menu and I said no and I was ordering a beer and was cut off mid sentence and told they only had one server and one busboy as they got slammed during the MSU game. He promptly buried his face in the computer and I waited 3-4 minutes until nothing and I left. I understand busy times but it would have took him 1 minute to pour me a beer. Not good customer service and if he’s your manager that’s too bad. Thanks“
“The food has been great here. The burgers and sandwiches were great, and the appetizers were as well. The service, for the most part, has been excellent. The only semi bad experience was one time we went in to order appetizers and dessert and felt like we were treated less than. It was very off-putting, but not enough to turn us away. I definitely recommend coming here!“
“One of the last old school drive thru/walk-up experiences you will find in Lansing. For decades this location has been the "Winter is over!" landmark that symbolizes an end to cold and freezing weather. Staff has always been top notch, and seems to be a continuous source for teens foyer to the labor market. Even when busy, this DQ acts as a melting pot for the south side, as people from all walks of life mingle as they await their preferred treat. I sincerely hope it is still here when my children turn 16 and could experience everything this place has to offer.“
“If you like pizza, and you like a combination of sweet and spicy- The Brick City is amazing.And look at the size of that thing!Been going to the Jackson location for years.Most restaurants start cutting corners after about a year.I see no evidence of that here.GREAT stuff.“
