“My husband and I stopped in for an earlier dinner. I had the ribeye steak. A little hiccup with the kitchen (requested medium rare, got well done). But without me asking, the General Manager, Laura, took care of it. Dinner was really good. Our waitress was Jennifer. She's the best. Consistent, friendly, and she is a really good server. We will request her again. .”

“First time at the new Quartro's ,Long time customer at the old Quartro's, The host was reallly nice and friendly, a "ten" for her and all of the waitress. all very helpful and friendly. My food was not so good overall, French soup was excellent, couldn't eat my french fries,rubber like, cold, look old, maybe out of the micro wave, large fried shrimps was overdone also, the whole outside of the shrimp's was burned.The service was excellent..we was a party of four, the other three order the sirloin tips, they said not at good as last time, numerous pieces was tough.. maybe a off night for the cook. I couldn't eat my French Fries.I know you want repeat customers.”

“The Open Faced Prime Rib sandwich, was the best I have had since Red Wells closed their doors. The meat is so flavorful. My waitress Karley who was the sweetest thing, told me they slow roast the meat then slice it. We had the Hocus Pocus Marg flight. Sooo cute and so yummy. The place is gorgeous.”

“The pizza used to be really good now it's okay the crush seems to be a lot thinner than it used to be. And the cost definitely has went up a lot. But other than that crust being thinner than it used to be it still tastes really good I would definitely recommend Tiffany's Pizza. I would have given at five stars but like I said the crust is a lot thinner than it used to be.”

“I love going to Nocturnal! It's a special treat that I am absolutely willing to drive up to Monroe for. The drinks are tasty, the employees are friendly, and the decor and atmosphere are my favorite. I wish the location was larger, with more seating. It's a bit of a bummer to drive 40 mins and have the seating full with drinks "to go" only, but Nocturnal is still my favorite. Nothing but love. 🖤”

“the last 2 times I had a bad experience but this last took the cake. We pull up to get 3 small banana shakes. There's 3 people in line with my husband and no one is there so people start leaving.. so finally they pop put from the back and the girls says they aren't getting "blah blah blah cause I'm not cleaning blah blah blah" and my husband says nevermind and the guy working was like no it's fine I'll make it. I don't get why you are working at and ice cream stand at 630 at night if you don't wanna do your job? she was rude and unprofessional. unsure if it's the new ownership or the people they hire.”

“We ordered a birthday cake and cupcakes for my niece 10 yr and my daughters 1st combo birthday party. Ive had their cake at family events but this was my first time. From the start to finish the experience was well worth the price! You get what you pay for couldnt be more true! One of the owners allowed a cake test and my niece loved it all and the staff was so friendly and courteous to her wants for a cake. Its an experience she will never forget! Neither will we 🥰 my daughter absolutely loved the flavor of cherry chip, she had seconds when we got home! High reccommend! Im very thankful for the staff hard work and talent.

Moving to Belleville MI, working in Toledo, I needed to find REAL paczki - that pseudo-paczki-junk at Kroger/Meijer is a jelly bismark. Monica makes real paczki. I've gone there from Traverse City since retiring in 2017- on trips to two Monroe fundraisers falling close to Fat Tuesday. The banquets fell 10 days away on either side of Fat Tuesday this year. I called the store, hoping for a pre-or-post Paczki Day special order. THE MONICA, herself, called to get my order. I took a chance to ask if she could do a dozen poppyseed paczki. My Auntie Bessie used to make poppyseed 'shishka', a bohemian version of polish paczki, in the 1950s. I've not had one in 65+ years, after moving from Chicago . Every year, I've wondered if a paczki-maker would be so kind as to fill some with poppyseed. MONICA MADE ME POPPYSEED PACZKI - out of this world!!! THANK YOU MONICA!!”

“We have been a couple times now and everything we have tried is delicious. The homemade fries are my favorite. The burgers are great. I tried the mashed potato bowl this weekend and it was the best comfort food on a cold day. I couldn't finish it but I tried my best. if you haven't been, you need to try them, they are the best and very friendly. Best customer service around.”

“Went there for the very first time yesterday with my sons, and everything we ordered was delicious. I was NOT disappointed. My son thoroughly enjoyed his root beer float, and chicken sandwich, and my Philly steak was good, I just wish they had mushrooms to add to it. “Five stars because the gentleman that worked today On the 22nd, and the girl with glasses made my experience tolerable. I don't know what was up with the girls attitude with all the pins on her hat, but she couldn't hear not one of the customers so that means she didn't hear me and they had to remake my sub, and when they remade my sub, she also was very slow and handing me as if I had done something wrong when I called her out for putting a ton of oil on my sub Jersey Mike's often this isn't put on. I know a lot is a lot. I had asked her to stop before the sixth shake of oil and then was told oh it's the same amount of vinegar as it is that doesn't matter there's too much oil on my sub. She wasn't listening, or she was stoned out of her mind. do better. I've worked in customer service for 11 years and that's just not how you treat people and put a smile on your face even if you don't want to.”

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “We stopped here on the way home from Detroit today. Intentionally searched for an automotive themed restaurant to eat at. We sat at the bar and fell in love with the place! Our bartender, Delilah, and a young man who I assume to be a shift manager held conversations with us-telling us about the restaurant, the food options, local history, etc. Such a great experience! Typically customer service is hit or miss in the world anymore, but we did not experience that here. Top notch! Food was great and the mixed drinks were amazing!”

Not only was the food and coffee good, but the team at Dunkin Donuts went out of their way to make picking up the food as quick and convenient as possible. Parking: Their lot has odd parking. The cellular signals in the lot and building are terrible for both ATT and Boost. Some of The worst in the Monroe area”
