“My husband took me here for a belated birthday celebration. He's from the area and we were visiting my in-laws but don't live in town. It was a blast. It was Ramadan and we heard that sometimes there can be a long wait, so we got there early. We got lucky and there wasn't a wait, but that meant we had to wait to eat. :) Our waitress (Olivia I want to say?) was amazing. When I explained, she said we could order and she would time everything to come out at break fast time - boy did she! Down to the second! :)We ordered the famous table-side caesar salad and it was made by Chris, one of the owners. What a lovely gentlemen. We had a nice little chat while he was making the salads.Our steaks and sides were also perfectly cooked and amazing.We were also there when the trumpet/vocalist was there - which was also wonderful.Everything about this place was great and we'll probably go back the next time we're in town. “This place does not disappoint The chicken breasts and wings are good size and not skimpy pieces. Broasted potatoes are not flat cut but have ridges or waves. Coleslaw is very good too. Definitely repeat takeout customers. Keep up the great job.“
“I tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. The parking lot is always packed and we had an hour wait for a table so I had high expectations. The decor is nice. Calamari appetizer was really good and so was the bread. The lobster bisque is mediocre I’ve had better at every single other restaurant I’ve had it at. The lobster in the soup was good though. For my main course I had the filet mignon the sides were okay but the filet itself was perfectly cooked and was one of the best filets I have ever had. It made the entire meal. Dessert was cake from Christine’s Bakery I love that bakery it was excellent which is to be expected. Pretty good food.“
“Great service and delicious food! We had the salmon and braised short ribs for entres, and they were both delicious! The salmon was paired well with the sauce and cooked to perfection! The braised short ribs were also quite tasty and pulled apart easily. For dessert, we had the NY style cheesecake and the cream puff. It was a very generous portion and definitely hit the spot! The staff were friendly and fast with service. The restaurant had a classy ambiance with dimmer lighting but still lively at the same time. There were a number of people at the bar when we were there on a Wednesday evening. They own a huge parking lot out front, so it was super easy to find parking! I would recommend this place 100%!“

“Nicks country oven is the best restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. I stopped in for my lunch break and ordered the gyro omelette with freshly cut potatoes, white toast and coffee. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The staff is absolutely friendly and always have the biggest smiles on their faces. I felt so welcomed. I’m happy I found this restaurant and will be making this my regular spot for the days I forget my lunch for work. (Hopefully I forget my lunch more often). “I 1st thought the food was horrible. However, I ordered it from door dash and took roughly 1.5 hrs. So the food was cold and saturated in too much garlic butter. I give everything 2 tries. I ordered take out, I live less than a mile away, the food was nice and hot! Wasn't drowned in butter. The shrimp are deep fried enough to eat the tail. Prices are great for shell fish. Though we had two tables, close together, we were treated so good, from the drinks to dessert it was great. Nick kept our drinks full, our appetizers were spot on, my grandson loved the calamari, first time trying it, our entrees were so good, a variety was tried by all, from chicken, pasta, steak, pork chops. “We came here after visiting a new spot across the street. This restaurant came highly recommend by the bartenders. It was pretty busy for a cold Thursday night! We sat at the bar and I decided to order another drink. We wanted some food and decided on the Finwhich. It was described as "large"... perfect, we will split it. Well we weren't expecting what came out! Holy smokes. It wasn't large, it was huge! Like we didn't know how to even eat it. It came with a spicy sauce that was too hot for my taste buds, but the breading on the chicken was amazing! Also... pickles!!! I love pickles so this also made me happy. I didn't really eat any of it other than a bite. But it was so big that half needed to be boxed up to go! Our bartender was super friendly. We discussed her career options and we were able to give her a bit of advice on which route to take. She told us there is a second floor dining area that is only open on weekends and a rooftop bar that's open in the summer. I love rooftop bars so I can't wait to check it out! This downtown area is only 15 mins from my house so I'm sure we will be frequenting it this summer! Cheers!“
