“One of my absolute favorite pizzas anyplace!!! Love the thin cracker base crust and the party cut. Classic Midwest Tavern style pizza. Grew up on Scribs as a kid. I don’t get over to Muskegon as often as I use to but I drive miles to get a Scribs pizza semi regularly. Bought 5 Deluxes for myself and friends that I introduced to Mr. Scribs and are fans now.”

“On Sunday afternoon December 15th after my Muskegon Chamber Choir concert two of us decided to come to MBC for dinner around 5:00pm. Few places are open on Sunday evenings in Muskegon. In fact, we were told you were closing early because there were so few customers, less than 6. We were told to take our time and order anything we wanted from the menu. We were treated like royalty. The ribeye steak diner was prepared perfectly and was the best steak I've eaten in a long time. We also loved the portabella mushroom appetizer and garlic bread. I will certainly recommend you to our group and perhaps bring a group after our next Sunday afternoon concert. However, I would also understand if you stopped your Sunday evening hours with so few customers. Thank you for a spectacular dinner with great service. Brad Taylor”

“The Marathon this Chesters is located inside of is incredibly friendly, efficient, and hospitable. Chicken is always delicious, always warm, and worth the reasonable/semi-above average price.This is a gas station, so please understand this food is not gourmet, and there are times of the day where the food will be more fresh. Other reviews seem to forget that this establishment runs on a schedule, unlike other establishments in which the food is made to order. Keep your expectations reasonable, and this will be a good on the road/mid-day meal experience.

“We went to Texas Roadhouse last night (Saturday) around dinner time.
We did call ahead to get on the waiting list. It wasn't long after we arrived that we were alerted to gather our party and come inside. We had to walk thru a very crowded entrance way all the way up to the hostess. They then had us stand there with several other people for someone to seat us. We waited for, approximately, 15 minutes. They should have a bench or some seats for the elderly people during the wait. It was hard for my 85-year-old dad to stand that long. Our waitress was really friendly and did a great job of taking care of us. Everyone was pretty happy with their food. I loved the mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, and rolls. However, my spare ribs looked burnt on top and were very dry. I was disappointed in them but did not mention it to our waitress because she was so busy, and I did not want to wait for them to bring out more. We will return to Texas Roadhouse again; but, probably not the one in Muskegon.”

“I love shopping at Sam’s. I go there just for fun sometimes. However, I got sucked in by the AT&T rep who promised things that AT&T was unable to deliver. He put me in a situation where, no matter what I did, I was going to lose money. He blatantly LIED. Gave me his “personal cell number” in case I needed anything. He never replied to my texts or calls. I went directly to an AT&T retail store to have my issues taken care of, and the woman there told me they often have trouble with the Sam’s club sales people and they always lie. Just avoid them. Or tell them off. They come from out of state and will never be there again for you to confront them. By the way, his name was Daniel Barrios. I filed a complaint against him with AT&T”

My husband had surgery and really needed a good steak to get his hemoglobin back up. I was running late and forgot my wallet.
I was relieved find out that they’d accept Apple Pay.
But when I got to the register, I realized that I didn’t have my Apple phone, I only had my new android phone.

People raved about how much they loved the dinner at our wedding, it was said that it’s was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. And their lemon and orange cupcakes are equally amazing., Their customer service is also phenomenal - pregnancy brain led to some miscommunication on my part in making my order, and Ryke's was so accommodating and helpful in working with me to fix it. The gender reveal cake was absolutely perfect - decorations were gorgeous, cake was perfectly moist, and everyone raved about the flavor and how good it tasted. Bus tours , casino visits golf outings , dances , family picnics and much more are on the busy schedule. All of this located on the shores of beautiful Muskegon Lake! “We love coming to the Moon, it’s always a stop for us. Usually most of the bartenders are friendly and timely. However, Nita (I believe her name is) is NOT friendly and very slow. We were there today, I very politely asked for my drinks and not once did she smile or even look to be happy or pleased with being at work. My husband went up the next time to get a new drink and asked her to not put anymore ice in his cup and she didn’t care what he said, she still loaded the cup full of ice. Again, had the look on her face like she didn’t care how nice someone was to her, she wasn’t gonna be nice back. Additionally, when I went up for drinks, she looked at me, looked back at the computer, and made me and someone else wait without saying “I’ll be right with you” or anything of the sorts for about 2-3 minutes.”

“This is a hole-in-the-wall. My girl and I are as white as can be...we are from the north of the Mitten. The cook looked like a convict (I would know, was one for many years). He was super clean, food was over the top. My creamy lil blonde gal and I danced as we waited for our food, as we were dressed to the nines for the ballet. “I went into Bob Evans this evening on Sternberg road in Muskegon Michigan and I had the most amazing dinner. the Southwest avocado omelette is delicious never had anything like it. pancakes or fresh and a point per usual there must be an amazing cook in the kitchen. my server was attentive and always had my drink refilled. I will definitely be coming back. the highlight of the evening was the hostess she was quite pleasant and had a great sense of humor. the hostess was definitely a hard worker she never quit moving. Bob Evans is grade A”
