“Lunch with my husband was delicious today :) We started off with fried pickles, which were hot, crispy, and tasty! We then shared a Margherita Pizza, which was also hot and equally as delicious. The balsamic drizzle on top was a nice touch. Our waiter was attentive and kind. Aside from it being a tiny bit cold inside the restaurant, the atmosphere was nice as well. We'll be back!”

Salmon was perfect, tartar sauce just ok,( we like a more tart sauce with fresh dill, capers, and pickles) as was the green beans and rice. Great Caesar salad and dinner rolls. Samantha our waitress was spectacular. We would definitely go back again.”

“Just ate there with my husband, daughter, and grandson. We had heard they had good food. Boy were the reviews right. We had a chili dog, corn dog, smash burgers, and regular fries, and chili fries between all of us. It was great food. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and having a good time. “Wow. The food, the atmosphere, and the staff (Robert and Ado in particular) are all outstanding. Robert greeted us as if we were already family, Ado made stellar recommendations, you really can’t get this garlic sauce and bread anywhere else, and the entrées hit the spot. “Love the environment, our waiter was amazing. He explained all the selections we were Interested in, and the meals we choose were the swordfish and the wagyu sirloin. Each was fabulous! I also explained the wine I like and he made sure he brought me the perfect one. For dessert we had bourbon apple crisp. Which was the best dessert I’ve ever had! We will definitely be back”

“My family and I visited Grand Rapids for a weekend. I saw this restaurant recommended on Tiktok so thought we'd give it a try. On Friday, we got there around 8:20pm. On Google it says her restaurant closes at 10. We walked in and waited a few minutes before a young man was sent to tell us that she (the owner) was not taking anymore orders and would he closing at 8:30. Okay, maybe the time was wrong on Google. No biggie, we decided to go again the next day. We got there around 3:30pm. Upon walking in, I smiled at the owner and said hello. She looked at me with a rude face and did not greet us. A few minutes later she asked across the restaurant if we had reservations. I answered no. Did not see anything about reservations being required when looking online. She continued working and we continued to wait by the door. After a few minutes, she came to us and said if you want to eat here, it will be slow service, is that okay? And we told her we're okay and left. Now I understand she was busy, but both days we were not treated with warmth or felt like we were welcomed in the restaurant. The other customers she interacted with were treated kindly from what we saw. I personally feel like she does not care for black Americans, which sucks because we were trying to support her black business.”

“I've been coming here off and on for the last couple of years and every single time I have been greeted with open arms and the best hospitality. Nice relaxing atmosphere and fun vibes. Always strike great conversation with whomever is working or visiting. The Kombucha is top notch and the "Sound Experience" on certain Thursday's are phenomenal. Check it out!”

“Delicious Latin food! I went there right before they were closing. I told her I drove 30 minutes to get there and she got the sheff to cook me a delicious churrasco even though they were about to close. It was delicious and very filling.”

She asked me about my day and job and just genuinely kept me engaged in easy conversation while they finished up. We ordered subs and they were divine. “TLDR: Good food, nice atmosphere, good drinks, GREAT social fries!I’ve visited this place a few times over the last year and have never been disappointed in my experience. No matter what time I’ve come in, I rarely have to wait to be seated. This time, I visited with my friend and her 4 year-old. They provided a kids menu with a coloring page and crayons, which was very entertaining for the kiddo.We both ordered one of the special drinks- I forgot to get a photo of the name of it, so of course I forgot what it was called, but it was delicious and had sherry in it, in case you visit during the time that they are still offering the spring specials (see photo).Kiddo ordered a cheeseburger and fries (which he didn’t touch ?) and his mom and I ordered the social grilled cheese (without ham- bc no meat!) and goat cheese tomato soup (it comes with the sandwich). I’ve been here a few times and have ordered other things- I do love the Lobster Mac, for instance- but I keep coming back for this dang grilled cheese and soup! We got social fries with the order, which are their French fries with garlic, butter and some other delicious spice, served with ranch or Chipotle ranch- although I just dip those bad boys into my tomato soup ?. Kiddo didn’t eat his cheeseburger because he was stealing his mom’s grilled cheese- it’s THAT good - like “upon dipping sandwich into soup, 4-year-old’s eyes rolled into the back of his head” good.I forgot to get pics of the food because I C was starving and just mowed down, but if you can imagine a thick tomato bisque made even thicker with goat cheese, you get the idea.The atmosphere is that of a pub/diner and the wait staff is very nice and accommodating.I’ll be back, of course!Vegetarian options: I got grilled cheese and tomato soup- seems vegetarian to me!Parking: There’s not ever been a completely full parking lot, despite the restaurant always being busy!Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu which doubles as a coloring page and crayons for the kiddos!”

I always love how much peanut butter they put on my bagel and their coffees never disappoint especially for someone who doesn’t like the super strong coffee flavor they make it on the sweet side and even through a delivery service they always make it consistently and correctly! You can’t beat the prices either!”
