Had to wait, 10 minutes for my food even tho there were only 2 cars in front of me, okay, no biggie. Then I get up to the window to grab my food and pay, I get my food but they didn't give me ketchup. Try to go inside, the door is closed even tho there's people inside, and as soon as I get out the car to go in the building, the worker locked the door right in front of me after letting customers out and the customers were the ones who told me the inside was closed.
