Ordered online 3 hours ago, order was supposed to be here at 730. Called at 745 was left on hold for 10 minutes hung up called again, again left on hold for 10 minutes. Never talked to a manager. I will never order from here again. Will never recommend it either. Absolutely ridiculous.
I ordered a pizza....it's falling apart and soggy. When I went to call and ask for a replacement the manager said he would replace it, but apparently was told by an employee that it was extra cheese and extra sauce and that's probably why it was falling apart. Hello it's undercooked and I can taste the flour. Instead of making excuses, just apologize. It's not that hard to work in customer service. Wasn't even offer any apology food, money off my bill, or compensation. Probably...read full review
