“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“The food at this place is fresh and delicious, especially if you are looking for a fresh salad. I wanted to order the falafel but it was not available at the time. However, the two employees were so kind that they gave me a delicious Greek salad on the house. The salad was amazing and I would give it a 10/10 rating. The customer service was also excellent, thanks to Stephanie and the team! I will be coming back to this place just because of the great customer service.“
“I just kinda happened by as I was driving around looking for a spot to have lunch. The two guys in there were so friendly and the one said “I make you the best sandwich!”. I had a meat Shawarma and it was really really good. I loved the veggies and the meat was nice and juicy. I asked for garlic sauce on it and it was so good. While I was waiting they offered me a falafel and it was one of the best falafel I’ve had. Definitely gonna order that next time. Oh yes I will be back.“

“I ordered for the first time Wednesday, 1-10-24, from the new Waterford location. I got the lamb korma, some Naan, raita, and a mango Lassi (carryout). It took me a good twenty minutes to find the place because there was NO signage! My Lassi was warm and the rice was cold. Luckily the lamb was hot enough to warm the rice. I will definitely order again because the food was so good, but seriously, no sign?!“

This hole in the wall had one of the best rotisserie chickens I've had in a while, and the toum and pickles made it a perfect bite. “Shawarma Castle is probably the best bang for your buck shawarma joint in the area. My recommendation is you get the Family Plates. It's the perfect mix of shawarma, shish tawook, kabob, and kafta with rice, fattoush, grape leaves, and hummus. Order the Plate for 2 if you want to feed 4-6 people or 2 people for at least half of the week. The dudes in there are incredibly nice and if you're just popping in for a shawarma sandwich or something small and quick they have a nice little dining area.Shawarma Castle is a weekly staple at our house, let them impress you too.“

“I love this new store and the owner but the only problem as of now is his out of town and the person who he picked to run the place in his absence is doing a horrible job he opens late the owner is open by at least 7:30 this person opens after 10:00 or by 12:00 every day and he closes by 4:00 or 5:00 p.m and on Sundays the only thing that is closed with in the market is the restaurant and as of lately the whole entire store is closed on Sundays which is crazy last week i badly need medicine and when i walked around there it was closed again just like it is today it is now 12:56 and the whole entire store is closed the owner is not closed on sundays what is going on they are seriously losing business and money because of this person everybody has been complaining since the owner is gone and this includes myself to the owner please hurry up and come back at 1:10 i was walking back to my house and the store was still closed the pictures are at the bottom this is absolute madness“
“Out late and wanted to grab a bite to eat. I ordered the chicken fries and a 6 piece wing w/ lemon pepper. As this is a food truck, there is only a parking lot, so no atmosphere except any present company. After placing the order, one of the employees brought out the food and said thank you for coming there. The wings were smaller than I would've liked, but were cooked perfectly. sprinkled with a generous amount of lemon pepper (which I love). The chicken fries come with grilled onions and green peppers, nacho cheese, jalapeños and topped with hot cheetos. When I say these are the most flavorful fries I've EVER had, I mean it!! Everything was perfect!! I added the leftover lemon pepper and took it up another notch with a citrus kick. Short story long... I'LL BE BACK!! Definitely a banger“

The place was clean, quiet, and comforting. I ordered a smash burger with waffle fries and a chocolate shake. I wish the burger was seasoned, but overall it was cool. We ordered Nihari, Tandoori Chicken & Seekh Kababs everything came out hot n fresh and of course our taste buds were tantalized. Let’s not forget the Aloo samosas we ordered for apps. Despite this, we appreciated the generous amount of garlic sauce generously spread throughout the sandwich. In addition, the fact that they provided extra sauce without prompting was a nice touch. While it was tasty overall, we do wish the chicken had been more moist and seasoned.“
“This was Mr. Chimetime recommended and we weren't disappointed. You can tell the food was freshly prepared. That means you might have to wait a bit but it will be worth it. We ordered the smash burger, Philly Steak, cheese egg rolls, and Mac and cheese. All of it was super good. The only thing to be aware of if you are sensitive to smells is the aroma plugin on the wall. It is pretty strong.“
