“The service was great. The lady taking orders was very helpful and polite. We were driving through the area, and my daughter wanted chicken. We didn't know at the time that their fries and fried chicken came with a lemon pepper powder. So i tried to brush off the powder. I do think they should be telling this to people when they order. My daughter said the chicken was delicious and everything was very fresh. It's not really a place you go sit down and eat. There's only a few tables inside, it's more for carryout.“
“Yes 1st time here, Crunchy, flavorful chicken small place hidden in a gas station but so worth the drive. It's like having the same choices like the Laughlin NV location. Will definitely be back again, Hint : get there early cause they sell out fast.“
“I expected the food to be great from the overall reviews but they are just not that tasty in terms of flavour, and the sauce makes even bitter. I would recommend for a different sauce. And they honestly have really good place, neat and good decor??“
“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“
