Kid-friendliness: It is so kid friendly that staff are not allowed to ask parents to contain their children when said children are dangerously running around the restaurant unsupervised. Just imagine a tray full of food and dishes landing on a small child because the parents decided to neglect their child? Those same parents would sue the restaurant in a heartbeat when any such incident is their fault.“

First of all our waitress was amazing she was so nice and joyful she made it super a super pleasant experience (I don’t remember her name but she had a red bow in her hair). “So my issues with delucas is that the food is excellent. I crave eggplant all the time but every single time I do a carry out the man behind the counter "possibly owner, manager) has his arms crossed and is miserable can't even interact with the customers likes he's too good to speak, like he has waitresses for that. It's gross, and you can tell his front of the house workers can feel his negativity because they aren't overly friendly either. I get we all have bad days, but for the last 6x I've been in, he's very unpleasant.“

“I have to say, I called Saturday for a birthday party I had going on for Sunday. The coordinator for catering, Jeff was absolutely fantastic. He asked all of the perfect questions and worked with the menu to ensure we were getting a fair price for a great amount of food. He took initiative and was pleasant to speak to. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. We went to Baldos and they made the whole experience enjoyable. From the servers to bus boys. Drinks were constantly refilled. Table was constantly cleared. Food was delicious! A large party was reserved and all they had open were high tops, but he's a couple months out from a knee replacement and wouldn't have been able to get up. They accommodated us an brought up a low table so we could dine in. We got the Spicy Arrabiata pizza which was delicious. The Sierra Rose Blackberry Cider was also so good! Perfect place in the heart of Flat Rock, absolutely worth it!“

Sunday is for sure the best day to come. The Detroit style pizza is absolutely delicious, the amount of cheese is gorgeous and the flavors are just perfect. The dough is crispy outside and fluffy and soft in the inside. They only have this one on Sundays so, keep that in mind.
The garlic knots are a must to wait, come with marinara and ranch sauce to dip in. Give them a try, won't regret it.
They also have local beers, like walkerville. Very good options to choose.
There are 7 tables in the inside and two large ones in the outside.
I need to come back soon! My favorite pizza here so far! Worth the driving“
