“Great selection of ice cream and food. I had the walking taco and a turtle sundae. My husband had a peanut butter and hotfuge sundae topped with bananas. The 4 or 5 young ladies that were working did a wonderful job with food suggestions. Our service was above my expectations with the age of these young ladies. The owner really knows how to pick the employees. Very mature for their age and outstanding work ethics!Will definitely be back!“

“Busy, busy place, but they got everyone through super quickly!! The line was to the door, but we didn't wait more than four minutes to put our order in.A great place for those who are lactose intolerant! Many flavors to choose from, and staff is great! They offer shakes, lattes, and the "non ice cream" ice cream. I'm not sure what it is really. Our family of 5 got a variety of items, and we all enjoyed our selections. Our total came to about $35. We could have sat inside the shop, but chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful night!“
“Lavender ice cream! Need I say more? I also tried the Lemonberry flavour and it’s so delicious. The flavours are light and fresh. I also love that they offer gluten free ice cream cones, which is hard to find for my son who is allergic to wheat. You sure made my little guy happy that he could enjoy his ice cream on a cone! My only problem here was that I wanted all the flavours ?“
“My favorite ice cream shop. My family goes there all the time. They are the best. Always friendly and fast, even with long lines at times. I just get sad during the winter when they're closed. I love ice cream all year round. They have the best soft serve in town. And I love seeing the kid's art that hangs around the store from local kids who visited. Highly recommend.“
“I would highly recommend if you’re in the area to try this true Italian pizza also best ice cream in town. I am from Holt Michigan and I was up here on vacation and found this nice little sweet spot. Also a nice area to take a picture with groute off of the movieGalaxy I will definitely give them five star ratings. Make sure to check them out. I’m also going to upload a video and they’re a little mini trees all around the building light up at night with LED lights which gives that nice sweet relaxing moment.“

“I had an amazing meal at kayak Kafe!! The chili dog and smoothie was so so good! I also had some ice cream that hit the spot as well!! The employees were so kind and always had a smile on their face. Kayak Kafe has a beautiful view of the water as well! Totally recommend this spot!!“
“Stopped in for a frozen custard dessert after dinner. After some confusion during the ordering process that caused a delay in receiving our food, our dessert was excellent. I had the strawberry sundae and my wife had the cherry shake. The staff was great about the delay. We were given two cards for free baskets at our next stop.“
“I really liked this coffee place. The staff were nice. Only one of the staff members were a little judgy when it came to wanting more shots of espresso in my drink. We went the first time on a Friday, and got a cherry truffle hot coffee, it was awesome. The next morning we went and got a hot mocha and another cherry truffle. The cherry truffle coffee had little flavor. We went again later in the day, and still little flavor in the cherry truffle. Unfortunately I don’t think we will order the cherry truffle again, but will go to again.“
“The Traverse City branch has such a great location right downtown. I love the building, and walking up towards the location and smelling all of the fresh made goodies cooking. Fantastic service. I go several times a year and get a few ribbon boxes.“

“Great place in the summer with food trucks to fit all tastes and wonderful drinks. Very busy peak season. Went for the first time in winter now and still very fun with happys tacos and the bar enclosed inside. Loved the Farkle game they had placed at each table.“
“Stopped in with the family and they all loved it. Son was asking to go back the next day. Unfortunately the flavor I chose (peanut butter oreo) was so bland it didn't seem to have any flavor. All in all it's a place worth stopping in.“
