This place is hit or miss depending on whom is behind the counter. Most of the employees are very kind and professional. I had one rather rude encounter. I hope it is not a repeat.
The crust used to be the best part about GJ's pizza. Now I just throw it to my dog who has a hard time eating it. Immediately after the original owner sold GJ's the cheese and sauce used to go all the way to the crust. Saying over and over it has not changed in 50 years is a crock! Also, half of the items in the store have no tags or shelf labels for prices. That however hasn't changed in 50 years. Since new owners food has been way off. It’s not the same. Quality is terrible, ingredients have been sourced elsewhere. What happened? Spent $84 on one xl pizza 4 toppings, 12 wings, and a sub. Got the wrong flavor of wings, sub was terrible.
