As general manger of this location I have taken the time to review these comments/complaints. I understand there's a lot of you that have had poor/slow experiences, do to the change of positions and lack of people it was an incredibly rocky start. I have invested in making changes on this accord to help improve all aspects of the operation. I've stayed here many times. Seems as if customer service has gone down.Got to my room and all the furniture was up off of the carpet. They had just cleaned the carpet and either forgot to put it back down, or put me in the room too soon. They weren't that busy, and when I called the front desk, I was td I could just put the furniture back, or see if another room is available.
