“Reading the reviews prior, I had high expectations. Had the Ring of Fire and chili fries. Burger was outstanding and they give you a ton of fries. Minor complaint, +3.50 for the chili is a bit much. Overall it was a great experience and definitely would go back if Im in the area.“
“I have not been to an A&W drive up in a while. I was so disappointed not to have a window tray with a frosty mug of root beer. Just the standard cup with a plastic lid and straw. Maybe that is the way it is anymore at the driveups at A&W. Too bad. Tastes the same but not the same, you know.“
“I passed The Hut a few months ago & have been wanting to try it. Well, today was the day. I was a little surprised to see the parking lot fairly full on a rainy Friday, but once I went inside, I saw why. Yes, the place is a little worn down, with tape patching the booths. But I think it's because they are busy and have a lot of customers, so they don't have a lot of time to spend on decor -- although, there are signs and photos scattered throughout the restaurant to look at. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. I've never been there before, but I was treated just as nicely as the numerous regulars who were there. It is apparent that the young women who are the servers truly enjoy their job, their customers and each other -- and I made sure to mention it to them as I left. On to the food. Traditional diner fare, which I love. I got the slider special, expecting 1) just one burger and 2) that it would be small. Nope, these were good sized burgers, and I could only eat one. I chose onion rings (which I almost always prefer to fries -- getting in the veggies, ya know ;) ) and, as others have said, they were REALLY good. I also mentioned THAT to the server, and she said they are hand battered. I left feeling like, well, I'd been given a warm hug on a chilly day. I will be adding The Hut to my rotation of restaurants.“
“The MOST DELICIOUS burger place in the area. My favorite is the Shack Mac Burger from the Burger Shack menu! So much flavor!There's also the Aljoom BBQ menu! My favorite from there is the Detroiter Brisket Sub! The meat melts while you're eating it! It's really something special!There's plenty of side options that are delicious as well. “This was the best burger I have ever had. Came here maybe 30 minutes before close for a late dinner, ordered 2 burgers and fries, BBQ Rodeo Burger & The CEO, phenomenal. “Well my Grandson has decided that we need to review the restaurant and send our compliments to the chef. He gave their French fries one zillion out of 10. We verified that yes that was truly his score. His chicken tasted just like chicken strips that he has previously had somewhere else that were also very good. “no I do not recommend that place and what goes around comes around I've been working for them for about on and off for about 5 to 7 years I've been trying to get on the payroll every since this new year started so long story short I was on the phone with my mother and the owner and the cook over heard me speaking to my mother about getting on the payroll so when I get older I don't have to wash dishes when I'm 80 years old so I have a little bit of income to pay into the system and pay taxes instead of they want to give me cash money so what goes around comes around I just got to figure out which I just got off the phone with someone and they're about to get audited they got to cook there that gets paid cash and he collects disability“
“My wife and I recently stopped in here for dinner around 5 PM. The menu was rather typical for a coney island-style restaurant, which was nice. The food was very good. I had breakfast and my wife had a burger. The service was also very good.One thing that impressed me: The waitstaff and cook washed their hands often while we were there. Because it was so good I came back the next day greeted the same kind and nice way. Ordered a Sals fries and the chicken was so good. Everything they serve is presented very nicely, once you get it you just know you’re about to eat one of the best things you’ve ever eaten. For anyone who is willing to try something new and has never been here I highly recommend it. I recommended this place to my friends, the ones that actually went and tried it loved it.
