“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. Now if you only had your fried chicken back on the menu, my favorite. See you soon”

(This time we had Bangalore style masala dosa, onion dosa with chutney’s and sambar & a wonderful palak paneer with cardamom infused rice) but there is so much great South Indian food on this menu that I look forward to revisiting!”

Our server was very patient and respectful of our visiting time (and lack a prompt food decisions). She spent the perfect amount of time checking on us, while allowing us to visit and not making us feel rushed. Our food was delicious as well. We definitely chose the right place to meet.”

“With my wife being out of town, I was flying solo for dinner. She left me a gift card for Olive Garden that I decided to use.\n\nI went early (5:00 PM) to avoid the usual dinner crowd. I was greeted at the door by three friendly, smiling faces. While at the table, I was given a menu and saw that they still had the soup/salad and breadsticks on their menu. That is what I ordered. The minestrone soup was equally as good as what my wife makes at home. My wife is a fantastic cook, so that is saying quite a bit.\n\nDuring my brief stay, my server was very attentive without being overbearing. She refilled the items that I was low on. I was pleasantly surprised by her attentiveness. \n\nThere are those that will ridicule Olive Garden stating that their Italian food is not real Italian. I had zero complaints about my food and would recommend their wait staff to any one of their competitors.”

“I am from Massachusetts so I have never had your food before. Placed an order earlier in the afternoon for a kids meal and a side of meatballs. Unfortunately the meatballs were not ready so I left without them. The pesto pasta kids meal was outstanding - so when it came time to order dinner I went back. The same gentleman who took my first order - remembered me and asked if I still wanted the meatballs - I almost didn't get them - but I am so glad I did! Some of the best meatballs and sauce I have ever eaten. I'll now be on the lookout to visit your other locations if there are any where I travel. What a terrific experience and a great way to end my visit! Maybe one day one of your places will open in Massachusetts - what a wonderful day that will be.”

“This was our family's first time here. The food was phenomenal! The cheese curds are very similar to street fair cheese curds. IYKYK. Our waitress had a great recommendation for the birria bowl. It didn't disappoint! Neither did the dessert. 10/10 recommend. it's reasonably priced as well. Family of 5. We had 1 appetizer, 1 kids meal, 4 adult meals, 5 drinks, 2 desserts, all for $126 (before our waitresses tip).”

“At this location I found strong WiFi, quick service, really tasty food: the burger was clearly put together with care and I enjoyed hot, fresh fries alongside a trip down memory lane with a fruit punch to drink. Ketchup pumps were charged, and per an earlier review the thermostat had been raised so I was comfortable coming in from a warm evening.”

They really put the city of Bloomington on the map with there flavorful Gyros and there newest addition to the menu the viral Dubai Chocolate bars and Dubai chocolate strawberry cups! I have tried many places so far in search of the best Dubai Chocolate sensations and they have my #1 pick! The Strawberry Chocolate cups are made to order and definitely worth the wait! The place is comfy and gives off a very cozy vibe while staying true to their culture and what they provide. They have a forever customer out of me and I will keep coming back! This place is the best!”

“Welcome to the neighborhood Nine Mile!! First timer…loved the beer, pretzels, popcorn. Very knowledgeable staff. Patio was being constructed when we were there, looks awesome. One suggestion, please consider changing the uncomfortable chairs (tables of two) by the windows looking over the patio. Fortunately, we were able to find bar chairs to move to where we met other customers who moved for the same reason. We’ll be back to enjoy the patio! Cheers!”

Even though we hit a couple road blocks, Amy stayed positive and even gave my friends and I a free drink from the café! I ended up getting my account open and more questions than I thought I had answered. Also, the sparkling strawberry lemonade topped off this 5 star review. Amazing customer service all around, would come back here again! :)”

The brisket was tender, ribs were perfect, beans had a ton of flavor, Mac n cheese was delicious and don’t sleep on the sauces. Personally I really liked the spicy and the hot but that sweet was also amazing as well. Trevor and his crew do an amazing job. Everything was cooked to perfection. If you’re in the Bloomington Mn area this is a must stop place for Que! Great job Smokestack Express. 5 ⭐️’s all the way.”

“Reliable place for Greek-Mediterranean food. My family and I visit here at least twice a month when I don’t want to cook. Order online or drop by — food is prepared quickly and is fresh. I like that I can get a quick meal that’s vegetarian with lots of options for veggie and my family can get the meat they want. I know the menu by heart. They’re pretty good about making substitutions if you need. There are better Greek restaurants in the Twin Cities, but at this price point and for the convenience, Falafel King is one of the best choices. Save some money and drink water. Dining in is ok, but not exactly anniversary dinner type atmosphere. Staff is always friendly at Bloomington location.”
