“friendly staff, very patience and helpful. ony thing i see wrong is that the lettece was turning brown a little but it was toward end of day. other thing is have the employees tell customers that 1 slice of bacon is $1.00 before putting it on. thats crazy expensive.“

“The subs are always amazing here. We had placed a order online on January 13th. Took a bit longer than usual to get our food which I was told the reason why it took longer to get our food was told our ticket was misplaced so I was given four coupons to make up for it. I’m glad I looked at the coupons before using them. The coupons expired in November of 2020. So the coupons can’t even be used.“

“My favorite place for subs! The service is always great. The staff is always working, organizing and cleaning up. The food is always so good! The bread is fresh and the meats and cheese are delicious. Quiet, clean and relaxing atmosphere. One of the few places to go where the staff act professional and are courteous. “Always good. Always fast. Jimmy Johns is the only place in Rochester that has good sandwiches. I cannot find any place else that offers regular bread, not sub bread, and has roast beef. Plus having provolone cheese is wonderful. Most places have the same boring cheddar or Swiss cheese. Delivery is always quick. Pick up order is fast as well. Price for sandwiches is good. Keep up the great work!“

“I come to this subway once every week or so for lunch. It’s located near Costco and my office is within a 3 minutes drive. A good deal of banks, loan officers, and title companies are in this area so it’s an easy location for me to skip to to get a quick meal. Staff are friendly if you make the effort to ask them about their days as well. Of course when it’s busy they don’t get much of a chance. Food is always good and quick bite.“

“Had a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I worked at subway for 8 years and have a hard time going to subway because I cant jump behind the bane and make my own sandwich. Most of the time my sandwich falls apart before it's even taken off the wrapper. Tonight the food was put together excellently and we will definitely be stopping back ♡ thank you for the service. “The young and very pregnant lady who helped us was AMAZING! She was polite and extremely friendly although she was the one working. I must add I think it is absolutely wrong to have one employee working on CHRISTMAS EVE in this Walmart subway store. Not to mention she is extremely busy and pregnant (which I might add). As a store franchise/manager (who ever you are), should do a better job of making sure your stores have enough coverage during PEAK HOLIDAY TIMES!! This young lady needs a raise and better work coverage. Cause I was witness to customers being rude and she never once raised her voice or was I polite to them.“
