I have given this location many tries and each time they repeat disappointing , rude and slow service! I placed an online order and was there at the time due. They had not even started my order so I ran a quick errand came back and guess what had not even started my order again. I waited another 10 minutes! This is the norm for this location. Avoid unless you have an hour to kill for a bagel!

I was able to order ahead, but they were out of what I wanted so I chose something else. The rewards system were not working (again). Employees were friendly and helpful. My order was ready when I arrived.

The staff has a very bad attitude. I left my girlfriend to go to the restroom and the staff entirely has a change in demeanor and attitude. What we expected for a normal daily bagel run turned into a never again experience. The staff is very rude, ignores you. I asked how their day was going 2 times and received terrible attitudes which is unacceptable. If you work in a service industry please train your staff some costumer service skills. Employees should be talking to costumers and smiling. This experience at the Eagan Bruegger’s off Pilot Knob will lead me to never stepping foot into that establishment again.

Their bagels are good and generally the staff is friendly. However, they just refuse to do any upkeep on anything in the store. Their rewards a “broken”, which has been the case for over a year. In other words, they won’t/don’t want to fix it. 4 of 8 of their sodas don’t work- as has also been then case for months. 50% ain’t great…. Staffing is of course and issue everywhere, but upkeep and cleaning is really the bare minimum in running a business. I started going to the other store because at least they have everything clean and working.

It's the perfect spot because I can swing by on the way to work (it's right next to the 35 exit). The lines move really fast - even if there is a lot of people stopping by. The staff does an amazing job and the food is always excellent!

Go to a different one. I have been going here for years. They haven’t done anything to improve only gotten worse. They don’t accept gift cards or rewards. Cooler is often broken. Soda machine has 4 of 8 actually working. Places a simple 1 bagel sandwich order and they still messed it up. And if you like chips with your bagel sandwich I hope you like plain, that’s all they have a few bags of plain.

Just no. In town from SE MN where we currently have no bagel shops. Looking forward to my Herby Turkey that I have been ordering for 25+years. Never had a worse one in my life. In fact, there was no Turkey. But some foreign patty. Maybe sausage? Either way, not good.

Opened almost 30 minutes late, which is understandable given staffing issues. Staff inside but didn’t post a sign about opening late. Didn’t seem too apologetic. Didn’t seem to be moving very quickly
