Most fast food these days are drive-in's. That is to say, people rarely eat inside of a fast food place anymore. Taco Bell has started building mulit-level drive thru's now. So you really should not have a column for the atmosphere. Maybe Landscaping? Either way, Wendy's always seems to deliver on food quality, and they seem to be the only place that is not jacking up prices every 6 months. Here in Minnesota, a biggie bag is still $5. Service is terrible. I ordered food using their mobile app. A run of the mill burger and a pop. To be picked up at 12:30 per the app. I arrive at 12:29. I wait 10 minutes for my order to be fullfilled. 1 person showed up after I got there and ordered onsite 4 biggie bags, customized and those orders were done in about 3 minutes. I have stopped going to this Wendy's by ridgedale The people are rude. You never know if you're going to be served one time I had to drive off. They never answered even though the lights were on drive by the window and you can see them inside it said openOne time. The guy literally said to me. If you don't wait then I will not answer. I am busy. I have never had anybody ever say that to me in a drive up. I waited 3 minutes and then left poor poor customer service. Poor poor employees
