“South x SouthEast Brewing Company is a great little (not so little) stop on your SE Minnesota beer tour. On my stop they had 10 of their beers on as well as several shandy options. Beers were a Hazy IPA, a West coast IPA (that wasn't too hoppy), a Blonde, Amber, Cream Ale, Ginger beer, wheat Ale, a very tasty stout, Mexican lager, and a Miabock. The tap room is in an old cheese house with a very nice cabin feel. There is tons of out door space and they encourage you to walk the property. The staff and owner/Brewer were all super super nice. We talked a lot about beer (and they kept offering me free hot dogs.) The beers were not all my typical styles but all good, it's a brewery I hope to get back too.“
