“Devin was a great server and very helpful! He was super engaging and knowledgeable. We ordered the pretzel Reuben sliders to start with which were absolutely delicious! My husband is not a Reuben fan but he does enjoy these! The. We split the CAB burger which is a must have if you like bacon and burgers!!!!! We also enjoyed a Surly Furious and Old Fashioned. Grace also helped out and delivered our food and was so friendly and bubbly and was nice to chat with. Jordan, the manager stopped by the table to see how our experience was and made sure there was nothing else we needed. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it!“
“Small, friendly and flavorful libations. Will return!Parking: Seating is bar, high top or table. Fills up fast so go early and weekday. The best staff and the libations.. mmm mmgoood. Parking is easy...Kid-friendliness: Our one-year-old granddaughter was welcomed with open arms. The rest of the family similarly. Great place.“
“The burger of the month was absolutely absurd, you wouldn't think it would be good but I cared enough to write about it later. It's definitely worth trying, and being a little bold, sometimes you win, and this was a winner. I can't remember what it was called, but it had marshmallow fluff and lucky charms on it, and for that to work as ingredients for a good burger is absolutely mind-blowing. No kidding!“
“Our server Jessica was the best. She made us feel like we've known her forever. She had great suggestions on food and drinks. The kitchen was fast and the food was delicious. They all help each other, managers included! We eat here when we are at Mayo. Close to the clinic and always a great place to eat. Never disappointed!“
“Came here for brunch with my family and we had a wonderful experience with our server Lydia! She was very diligent with answering all our questions and such a pleasant girl to chat with. The food was also amazing, I highly recommend trying the Veggie Scramble!“
“Stopped by for the first time for dinner tonight and we were more than pleased. Cozy atmosphere, friendly waitress and great food. Live music but it was not too loud like I had feared it might be. Our dinners were extremely tasty and presented nicely. We highly recommend it and will be back!“
“I’ve been obsessed with Tacolab for years, so when I heard they were opening a restaurant I’ve been waiting for it and finally got around. All the food is to die for. After leaving we realized they were closed because of Christmas Eve and we had goofed up but would not have known because the staff were wonderful and didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone!!! There are places in town that you think about but never get around to but FoodLab will forever be on my mind!“
“Best homemade soups in town. There are usually 6 different ones to choose from, and all are delicious. Salads are made fresh while you watch as are the sandwiches. Service is quick and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend that you stop in soon, and don't forget the complimentary homemade rolls for your soup. Deserves more than 5 stars, but that is the most I can give them.“
“In Rochester for 5 weeks of training recently and frequently visited Salad Brothers on my lunch break. To be honest, I never had a salad there, but did have other items: Tuna Melt, Chicken Chile, and other soups. Their secret item? The complimentary bread rolls with your order. In fact, some of my coworkers ate there just for the rolls. Perhaps the most amazing quality of this place is the true customer service and the speed at which they process each order. A small storefront with huge a personality leaving each customer feeling cared for. My personal experience was when forgot my purse there one day. Long story short, they locked it ip and I was able to get it the next day. The owner Mo and his brother Jack and the rest of the “family” there are very special and an asset to the community.“
“We visited for the first time for dinner. We were welcomed warmly and promptly seated by Eva. Eva was also our waitress. Serive was excellent with good timing. We had the Rising Sun Drop and Oaked Cherry Blossom cocktails; gyoza; onion soup; unagi nigiri, salmon, yellowtail, and white tuna sashimi; and chicken and filet mignon hibachi with teriyaki noodles. The food and drinks were all delicious. The steak pieces were wonderfully tender and juicy. The gyoza pleasantly reminded me of Japan. The sashimi pieces are fresh and HUGE. The chocolate torte is very good and would benefit from small cups of raspberry sauce and creme Anglais for dipping. A very enjoyable dinner. We will be back. They have a very good sake selection and offer a flight.“
“Pappy's has so many things going for it. Great onion rings. Great salad bar. Great potatoes au gratin. Great kids burger. Great breakfast. Great coffee. Just a great place to go with the family.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu, kids cups with lid and straw“
“Food was good, music was technoy dubstep and pretty loud, waiter was pushy and came to chit-chat too much - he seemed to have some social ineptitude and didn't take the several hints we weren't really there to chat with him. Who knows, maybe he has some tism.“
