“Absolutely love this place! We've ordered countless times and the sushi is unwaveringly fresh and delicious. They also make these beautiful party trays that are an incredible value. Oh, and it seems to be run by great people, I've always ordered online for pickup and the staff is always kind and a pleasure to talk to.“

“I ordered the dinner hibachi filet mignon with scallops, spicy snow mountain sushi, and tempura ice cream for dinner. Everything was delicious but there was just one problem. The filet mignon was very tough. It was either very overcooked or not filet mignon at all and a cheap cut of steak was used.“

“This is a new restaurant that opened in Inver Grove Heights 2 months ago. The owners have previously owned other well-known Japanese restaurants and have many years of experience. Upon stepping inside the restaurant, you are greeted with warm, friendly, and hospitable staff. Great traditional cute Japanese ambiance. The quality and portions of the food are great with varieties of dishes like sushi, ramen, hibachi and more. I will definitely be going back soon as I really like this place and would strongly suggest everyone to try! 😁😋❤“

“This is a great sushi restaurant in the south metro. They also have excellent Udon and tempura menu options. I have never been disappointed in the quality I received. The "All you can eat" option represents good value compared to ordering from the menu. My wife and I typically get more food for about 2/3 the price when dining in on vs ordering from the menu. I don't personally feel that the selection is diminished in the unlimited option vs the standard menu. The restaurant can get a bit loud during peek times, but that is to be expected. There are plenty of tables, so we have rarely had to wait. Servers are timely in taking orders, though sometimes the sushi kitchen can be slow. The "hot"/non-sushi kitchen is always incredibly fast.“

“A little spendier than the average fast food places in the airport, but on a cold day when all I want is a warm, nicer meal before a flight this is my favorite stop. The ramen is always filling and I've enjoyed all the sides I've tried (some of the smaller sushi rolls and seaweed salad). For the ramen, seaweed salad, and tip, it was $35 total, which I didn't think was horrible for a sit down meal in the airport. You order and pay on your phone, super easy to add on to your tab throughout your meal.“

“Sushi and various dishes that come out on the belt, easy to order specific dishes through the screen on each table and that arrive on another upper belt. As you eat, you have to put the dishes through a slot that counts them, to leave room on the table and for the final payment. Eye! You just have to put in the round plates that you take from the belt, the ones that you ask for specifically on the screen are added separately. By mistake we put in square plates and he counted them twice. After telling the staff, they told us to send an email to administration and they gave us the refund days later without any problem. The only downside is that we asked for a fork, since a relative couldn't handle chopsticks, but they never brought it.“

“Wow! We were blown away. Tonight we knew we wanted sushi and typically go to a sit down place in Apple Valley. Instead, we decided to try Fuji after years of hearing it was good but typically reserving sushi nights for dine in experiences. This was phenomenal - we ordered the following and absolutely loved each one.Fuji roll: 5/5 amazing - the crab salad on top of the roll and fresh warm tempura shrimp inside - this was our favoriteSakura roll: 5/5 so many great flavors and the mango is really an amazing additionSuper Rainbow roll: 4/5 quite fantastic but definitely flavors that aren’t new to usAmazing Tuna roll: 5/5 our second favorite - the sliced peppered tuna on top was wonderfulWe have found our new go to for sushi and plan to work through the rest of the signature rolls menu and then branch out from there!“
