Tried 3 different tacos and a chips with guacamole.#1 Pork Taco - really good#2 Grilled Baja Shrimp Taco - Not edible! WAY too salty, shrimp were hard and rubbery.#3 Grilled Fish Taco - Horrible!! I don't know what kind of fish they use but it was terrible. Any place I have ever ordered a grilled fish taco, the fish is always a white meat fish. 5 years back we went here pretty frequently so we decided to stop by yesterday for dinner. I want to give a 3 star but I'm going with 4 due to the fact that I *think* the problem was due to short staffing.There were only 2 employees working and they Rusty Taco it was very busy when we went. They were handling it like champs but you could tell that it was incredibly difficult. I felt horrible for them. Excellent tacos, among the best I've found in the twin cities. We tried fish, pork, chicken and black bean tacos, the black bean being the best. Chips and queso were also very good. Service was friendly and fadt. Overall a bit pricey, but then isn't everyplace?
