We don’t get out on date night often, but when we do, we want to try new things; oysters were our first endeavor. Out waiter, Jackson, gave us the entire 4-11 on exactly how to throughly enjoy oysters, and we ordered more after. Jackson truly made our experience one-of-a-kind.We fell in love with Phil’s Tara today, and we will be back again, and again.“
“Matchstick has become my "go-to" place whenever friends or family come to visit (or if I just want an amazing meal). Their menu is truly impressive. It has become hard to choose a favorite dish because I have truly enjoyed everything I have tried so far. The service is really out of this world awesome. Their menu has something for everyone so you really can't go wrong if you are trying to impress someone and make them happy. Matchstick is really special!!!“
“My husband and I came to Stillwater for our anniversary. We luckily found this little dive bar while we were looking for something fun to do. All the restaurants and bars down town didn't really suit us and were packed. They have pool and darts and big screen tvs to watch the games. The bartender was awesome and kept our glasses full despite the fact he had to cover the whole bar by himself. 100% will be going back next time we are in town.“
“Have the bull bite appetizer it was amazing. I had the Prime rib med rare. It was Perfectly cooked. The green beans were yummy. My husband had the 5 piece fish fry. He said it was very good. It was busy. We made reservations. Celebrated a friend's birthday thier chocolate cake came with sparklers and a cow bell. Fun and delicious. So good!“
“My daughter and I had a fantastic experience at the Lumberjack. The man who worked there that day was extremely helpful and kind. We were specifically there for the axe throwing. We had already eaten and only got non alcoholic drinks, so I can't speak to the food their, but if the food quality is as good as the service we receive, it will be good.“
“Large bar, with lots of indoor seating. Very clean inside (surprisingly so). Friendly service. Prices were reasonable. Large screen TVs for viewing sports games. Has Touch Tunes to play the music you want to hear. There's a dart league on Tuesdays (seasonal).“

“What a unique hotel - beautiful stone walls and archways. Nice cafe and restaurant right there on property and easy walk to river or shops, restaurants and bars. Everyone was wonderful and very helpful. I only wish I could have stayed longer!“
“General really busy on the weekend but have enjoyed the drinks, food and service here. Boneless wings are excellent and they allow my clean and clipped, well behaved Poodle to be with me. That a huge benefit as I don't understand why many don't.“
“Our family stopped here on the way to check out the World Snow Sculpture Championship in Lowell Park this weekend and it was great! We were able to get a table for five quickly, our server even got waters out for all of us before we even had our coats off! We had three adults and two kids in our party, we ordered a variety of food off the menu in addition to some queso to enjoy with the free chips and salsa! It didn't take long for our food to come out fresh and piping hot! I got the chicken chimichanga and was pleasantly surprised they were able to make it without beans. The portion sizes were huge and we went home with about three boxes! We were also celebrating my birthday and my sisters (next Thursday) & I wasn't too sure if we could get birthday deserts since they both weren't on the exact day but our server let us each pick one off the menu!! I got the sopapias and my sister got the flan. There were so many sopapias that we could all have at least two - it also came with a small dish of caramel, chocolate, AND whip cream so everyone could make it just a little bit more special. They were all very kind and we had a really great time“
“Our server was perfectly attentive without being overwhelming! Great food. Good drinks. An enjoyable Sunday night for casual dinner and drinks with a friend. The cheese curds are literally the best I've ever had outside of the State Fair.“
