“Profoundly beautiful GF bread, the heritage loaf is perfect for sandwiches, the rye lacks for nothing, and the baguettes taste *exactly* like the (glutinous!!) French bread my grandmother used to bake. The employees are upbeat and friendly. Literally can’t believe this exists in Minneapolis, the texture is better than gf breads I’ve had in major cities at twice the price. They are often sold out by end of day, so go early! Also extremely cute that they’re named after a word their toddler used when she wanted to share food with people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent bread, regardless of whether they eat gluten or not.“
“The mall continues to be full of great stores, some that have closed in other areas. The amusement park in the middle looked like lots of fun, although we didn't use it. The food court has lots of options and there are also several full restaurants throughout the mall. Some coworkers and I were in Minneapolis for a work conference and had an enjoyable evening exploring the mall.“

Looks like an ice cream shop. Then they take you to the dining and you see pink panther stuffed animal decor.The bread that comes with the dinner salad was pretty decent. Got the ravioli appetizer. A little bland on the inside but the sauce and outside were decent.Service was a little slow and the pop was flat. Great portion for the pasta. Had leftovers for the next day. So fricken fresh and spicy! We got the totchos (exactly what it sounds like and DANK) and the firehouse 21 burger. They actually make eye contact when I talk to them :-). You can tell they were hired for their great people skills.“
“I'm a staunch supporter of restaurants blazing the trail for tipless pricing as it tends to be more equitable for staff and simpler and more transparent for all. Brasa is tipless, saying it pays its workers $16-25/hr, and it does everything right: delicious rotisserie chicken (pollo a la brasa), tasty sides (the spicy creamed spinach wasn't actually spicy hot, but it was tangy and creamy), fast service, and reasonable prices---remember, no tipping expected. The two-piece rotisserie plate is $15 as of this writing and is enough to satisfy most appetites. An excellent deal for food this delicious and well-prepared. The décor and vibe is very nice too.“

Although I was only taking-out, I had an opportunity to talk and look over the menu with an employee, explaining what each item was and what it had on it. I never eaten here before so I didn’t know what to expect, but both the people I talked to were extremely helpful. I ended up getting the Naughty Greek wrap with a side of fries. It was almost a Mediterranean burrito style wrap, the chicken, Shawarma was super juicy and flavorful, and it paired well with the veggies,feta, and Taziki. The only thing I didn’t like about my wrap is I asked for no olives and there was olives, however it was still delicious. The fries are light and airy, but super crispy and seasoned perfectly with a savory salty spice blend. One of the people I talk to let me sample out their lemonades, and help me decide which one I wanted. They were very patient and helpful and I will returning back soon.“

“I enjoyed The Colossal Cafe with four of my friends for brunch on a Wednesday. The cafe has a nice selection of food that isn't offered at other places. I had a Korean Beef Bowl. The bowl has more spice (for Minnesota) and I loved the big and kimchi. I only wish it had more kimchi and less rice. I also ordered the sourdough bread with blackberry-rhubarb jam--delicious!The waitress was able to split the check and was very good--she gave us just the right amount of attention. Ciders are pretty good. Staff is polite and service is quick.There's pickleball in the building too. Might give that a try some other time.Great location. It has an almost speakeasy vibe with dark wood and a fantastic bar. We grabbed a quick house cocktail (perfect), house caesar (highly recommend), and house-made pasta (Rigatoni and Pappardelle). The food was excellent and the service was delightful. Our servers were bubbly and well-informed when it came to their menu.
