The young man that waited on me the second time I was in there, couldn't get it in his what I wanted when brought in a coupon. Had to repeat myself several times. Then the first time I came in with a coupon, the waitress there didn't want to except it. But he did after she read it a few times. And with that I got it, but they ran out of pancakes so one of my wraps had to be with a tortilla. Not happy at all! And it was in the morning both times I was there. i ordered online and i had ordered an xl hot tea i get my tea and its a large. they have done that where there are things on their app available but they dont have or never have it and its very frustrating usually it’s nbd but the xl cost more than the lrg and i would have just paid for a lrg if i had known.
I love Dukn but this franchise is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to the one in Carthage 3 times. Totally disappointed each time. Donut choice is dismal at best. If they do have any of them, they keep them in the back and not let you see them, the ones at the counter may have 2 to 3 plain ones. And they’re usually almost always out.
