“On 08/10/23 I went to my local Schnucks store (# 188) to pick up a couple of last minute items before heading home. While checking out, the cashier did not ask me if I wanted to use my rewards or not (at which time I was saving them till the holidays) Long story short, I was stressed out about the situation and went to the Managers desk. Fortunately there was a young lady by the name of Felita. She had taken the time to explain to me how to go on the website and update my rewards preferences. Her tranquil demeanor put my nerves at ease due to her outstanding ability to communicate how to resolve the issue. “DEEELICIOUS and EXCELLENT customer service. It was my first time here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered 1 regular Reuben and 1 New York style (double meat). The New York style was ordered for my parents to share. Both sandwiches were fresh and DELICIOUS. My only complaint is the NY Reuben didn't really have double meat, although both were very filling. That's upsetting because it's a $21 sandwich. Other than that, 2 thumbs waaay up!“
“This is my 1st time here and was a long time coming. I'm sorry I waited so long. This is now my favorite sandwich shop in the city. I got the creole deluxe,the knuckle sandwich,and the chicken shack ranch. The ? is so flavorful and melts in your mouth. The beef on the knuckle sandwich just amazing. I am a fan of Italian beef sandwiches. One of the best I've ever had. My ultimate favorite though is the creole deluxe! The roast beef and roast pork? Absolutely amazing! Had to get an extra side of that creole mayo. Just sets it off! I will be back. Even grabbed a take and back pizza for another time.Parking: If you come early enough,no problem finding a parking space.“
“This place is great value for your dollar. It's my husband's favorite gyro. The portion sizes are incredible and everything tastes great. Sometimes certain soda flavors are out in the machine but everyone is nice when you point it out. You can tell the owners care.“

“Good Deli food in Westport. Quick service for us. The Pastrami Reuben and French Dip were both very tasty. I thought the sauerkraut ratio was spot on. The menu is simple and straight forward. The ambience isn't anything special. Just a Deli with no frills so that you aren't distracted from their purpose.“
“I want to start by saying I LOVE GIOIA'S.... However they did something today that is totally wrong. I had placed a four sandwich order with work colleagues. My order was a roast beef sami with AU JUS... with out the AU JUS the sandwich is dry and not very desirable. It was delivered by door dash and the AU JUS was forgotten. I asked for a refund and was told that they are not able to do this as the AU JUS is complimentary. WTF is that !!! You guys are better than this and I would expect for you to make right on a mess up that YOU made. I think it will be a while before I order with my colleagues from Gioias. Its a shame because we were going there at least once a week.“

“Step back in time, in the best way! We were in the area and searched Jewish deli to find a bagel and schmear and were pleasantly surprised to find this old school kosher deli. We had the bagel and lox with some STL Goat chips. We also had a bagel with meat and mustard. We hadn't had fresh kosher hard salami like this since the 80s n NY and Long Island. If you want to try Protzels I would suggest calling in your order. There was a steady stream of to go orders going out tge door.“
“It's a great deli shop located near my work in the downtown area. This allows quick service from their great couriers. My meal is always freshly made and delivered on time. Whenever I need to follow up on my order, it's handled in a timely and courteous fashion. I will highly recommend you give them a try.“
“We love this family-run source of wonderful polish sausages. Our favorite is the Krakow, followed by smoked kielbasa, but as Mardi Gras approaches we'll also come get Paczki. The neighborhood has emptied-out, but we feel safe enough.“
“First time here and there was one guy working but he was so fast, not to mention we came around 10am and there was a man ahead of us with a huge order. Food was hot and fresh and really filling. Only thing I didn't love was the German potato salad. Tasted like it had Italian dressing on it. Very generous with the meat on both sandwiches and the pastrami was the delicious kind with a little bit of fat. Perfect.“

“Holy cow, this place was awesome. I went with a group of 7 for lunch today. It was slammed with customers but they still got our orders taken and food to us in good time. The lady taking orders was fast and efficient while also being an absolute pleasure to deal with. The rest of the staff was just as good. I got the meatball sandwich and it was truly amazing. I was full when I finished it but still disappointed when it was gone. Overall it was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in St. Louis.“

“Went for lunch and had no regrets. Both the food and service were top notch!! We were fortunate to grab the last open table during our visit so due to the limited inside seating here be prepared to wait for a table or just carry-out but don't let this stop you from at least trying this place!“

Great for a casual lunch. There is a display of sardine cans and such above the kitchen -- very cute! I had the prosciutto sandwich. It was delicious!“
