Food is most of the time great, except for a couple fatty steak pieces that is commonly found in my bowl/burrito. The main reason for the 2 stars is how this chipotle operates. For starters the ordering process is straight up infuriating, your food item goes through a series of workers all whom make you feel guilty for wanting something extra. Soo sad!!! I've moved to a rural area that doesn't have Chipotle! So when my boyfriend was in the hospital having surgery, I got to order my fav online! I went and picked it up on my way to the hotel. Opened it up..The sticker on the bowl was what I ordered, but I couldn't tell you what was inside...I called the store, spoke with Shawna(I think), very nice. Gave me a few options on how to fix the situation. I'm very appreciative of her and her follow-up on her word. Thank you.?

Omg I was craving this yesterday so me and my boyfriend got it! I love me some Chipotle especially when I'm in the mood for it! So I always get a tortilla in the bowl, then both rice EXTRA, triple chicken ? which is the best part, shredded cheese, queso on the side and sour cream on the side!!! OMG all I can say is I was very satisfied as I'm always am at Chipotle! Man was I full ?? Thank Chipotle for always doing right lol!!
