Pretty crowded. BN cafe app often malfunctions. They run out of whipped cream pretty often and cancel your order. Choco chip cookie is great though.

The staff here are always accommodating, accurate, and efficient. Other reviewers seem unaware that this is merely a cafe that SERVES Starbucks coffee, not a Starbucks. It's not their fault they can't take your gift cards.

They didn’t do the scanner the Starbucks scanner thing and said it rudely and were just rude as hell. But there was one girl that was super nice the second time I went.

As an avid reader, watching a great store like B&N die a slow death over the past 20 years has been hard. The store's shelves are now somewhat bare, the floor-space is empty, and it is a place that has seen its best days long ago. The customer service that I received at this location today explains much of what went wrong. Slow, no real desire to assist--much less solve a shopper's problem is pretty much the theme. It's sad but I now remember why I stopped purchasing a membership annually at B&N--I no longer frequented the stores because they no longer offered me a great shopping experience--my local library and Amazon were doing a much better job.
