I recommend going to any other Chick-fil-A for your cravings. The grilled chicken is always lacking flavor and dry. The brownies are usually always dry and stale. Chicken strips are a lot smaller than other locations. They do move fast though! The food is always a hit or miss.
Jasmine and another manager handled the issue well. My order was messed up 3 times and rang up the wrong way. Normally when I go to this location and my order is messed up, the (same male) employee will blame me. I thank Jasmine for fixing the situation.

This is the slowest chick-fli-a I have ever been to. Curbside takes over 10 minutes, drive thru line is very long and slow, mobile orders you still have to wait in the long drive thru line to check in and put into another line to wait. I noticed there’s not a lot of team members out working the lines down at this location versus the other locations in St. Louis.
