“Ate there on a Saturday afternoon. It was empty when we got there. We were served quickly and received our food in less than 10 minutes. Only complaint would be the temperature of the food. It was warm but not piping hot like my fajitas.”

“My husband and I ate at The Bluebird Bistro a couple of weeks ago and it was good enough that we stopped in again today on our way home from Columbia. All the sandwiches we've had were excellent-fresh, tasty and creative and the service and cleanliness were top notch. Today we had a chicken cordon Bleu sandwich and a jalapeno popper sandwich. Great work!”

“The food is usually very good and the atmosphere is tolerable, but the wait staff is very, very pathetic. We set there for at least 5 minutes once we walked in and set down, and 2 waitresses stood there, talking behind their counter and never even acknowledged we were there. We just about got up and walked out, thinking about maybe not going back.”

“I really loved my food. We ordered Crab Rangoon it was lightly fried, very crispy, and the filling was smooth and delicious. Tiger fried rice was great the vegtables, rice , and chicken were cooked perfectly. The pad Thai was delicious such a solid dish, can't go wrong ordering that. The star of the meal was the green curry. It was a punch in the mouth of flavors, so aromatic, spicy, vegtables were so complementary. Hands down best dish we had today. I can't wait to come back. I would recommend coming here for sure, the food will not disappoint.”

“Dos Arcs is a great place to go if you are in Centralia. The food is authentic and delicious. The service is good but sometimes they could use more staff. The atmosphere is what you would expect of a mexican restaurant. It would be nice if they removed the candy machines in the entrance area.”
