“Food is great, always fresh and hot. Very reasonable prices. Lots of choices. If there's a line, you get a beeper so you can wait in your car. Its a nice set up. Definitely recommend.Parking: The Torta...omg. Yes.Kid-friendliness: Its a food truck.“
“Yes, I'd rather sit down in a restaurant than order from a truck and wolf my food down at home with the dogs giving me the evil eye...BUT THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD I'VE ENJOYED IN A LONG TIME!!! Fast, friendly and so very good. DO NOT DENY YOURSELF!!!“
“Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. Cleanest restaurant I’ve been in around Blue Springs. Food is incredible and staff are superb. A must if you live in the SpringVegetarian options: You always have to option to leave off meat or animal products“
“I had stopped in to check out the place thinking that was my friend's restaurant but it was. I ordered anyway and I can say I'm happy that I did. Their Tacos took me back to my roots of Tacos in LA. They were delicious ?. I would love to have had hot sauce though.“
“I can't say enough good stuff about this place. Even after their building burned down they continue to provide the same yummy food from their food truck right in front of the same spot. The family is so nice they just make you want to keep coming back even if you don't need to (as my waist keeps growing).“
“Pretty solid Taqueria. Even though they're on wheels and in their usual location off independence Avenue, they're still pretty visible as their truck is yellow and they have their menu listed on the side. On the plus side you might see a police chase alongside with your tacos for some entertainment. What's sets these guys a part is they finally chop their meat so that you don't have large chunks to chew on. The only drawback that I saw was that there was only one tortilla to hold all that meat. Cilantro and onion come with the taco if you requested. They have freely decent service too which is a nice addition. I'd probably go back. You cannot turn down a good taco.“
“Alright so 3 things:1) This crew has to handle the Independence population and that's already a nightmare, however,2) They do a damn good job. Once everything is good, everything is GOOD. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, added lettuce and tomato. Not only didn't have the veggies but the bacon was missing. However,3) Sometimes things happen. I've had my order messed up a couple of times but I never even worry about it. I just let them know what happened, flash a receipt, and it's taken care of without question. I've worked restaurants, mistakes happen, it's all good. The speed and response with a "no problem we'll take care of you" attitude really matters. Especially when you're in Independence. Thank you all for feeding me fairly, treating me well, and knowing your audience. Doing it right.“
