Cool place, with a lot of history. Looking at the menu and the prices my wife and I were expecting a fantastic meal. We started off with the stuffed mushrooms and flatbread. Came here for Valentine's Day dinner. I was so excited because we frequented the Golden Ox as a family when my father was living and I had no idea it was still open. Pleasant greeting upon arrival, nice vodka and grapefruit juice from the polite male bar tender while we waited for our table, super sweet waitress was very apologetic for the slow kitchen, which was fine. Absolutely wonderful! This was our second time visiting in about three months and we were just as pleased our second time as we were the first. Service was impeccable, our food was delicious and the atmosphere was very cozy. Steak soup was amazing and my husband’s steak was perfect. I would highly recommend.
